Does your hair feel limp and lifeless? Try this easy hair clarifier to remove some of the build-up.

    Recipe #52111

This is for the people who have got dark spots on the upper lip and below the nose. It comes from Rima Soni's Trouble Shooter column of the Weekend magazine dated March 18th'2005. Enjoy!

    Recipe #132650

Hairfall can happen due to many reasons such as stress, poor diet, hormone imbalance, lack of rest and poor hair care. If any of these factors apply to you, they need to be corrected first. Yoga, atleast 5 times per week, is the best thing to do when you suffer from acute hair fall. Goodluck and great hair!

    Recipe #132653

grandchildren like this..washes off with soap and water..you can find glycerin at pharmacies..I like to use cotton swabs to apply the paint..but you could use small artist's brushes if you like..

    Recipe #134392

This will leave you smelling and feeling refreshed. Its an exfoliant and a softner at the same time.

    Recipe #143429

I work in an office with 5 doctors and as you know, doctors are always washing their hands which makes them dry. We make this lotion for them and they LOVE IT!! **UPDATE 3/31/09: I use 4 oz. of Vaseline petroleum jelly, it would not let me enter it on the ingredients part and for the Vitamin E, you can use lotion or cream, whatever you like or can find. I also tried the NEW cucumber melon baby lotion....AWESOME!!, husband and son liked it but I still like the regular pink the best. I ONLY use J&J baby lotion because it seems to work the best. Thanks to everyone who has given me reviews....

    Recipe #143640

I get compliments on my skin all the time. Here's my secret. This scrub, along with no makeup is the key to my smooth skin. Please take care, though, this might be a little harsh for really sensitive/damaged/broken skin. Great for body, too-just adjust the measurements to your liking. A thick paste for heavy scrubbing, or less powder for light exfoliation--it works, and leaves your skin baby-smooth. Great for rough winter skin.

    Recipe #143722

This cleanser leaves your skin soft and smooth feeling, and it's a lot cheaper than buying cleanser at the store. You can add some essential oils, if you want. This needs to be refrigerated-the recipe makes about 1 weeks worth for me.

    Recipe #149771

Adapted from a recipe from First magazine. According to Jilian Alexander-Gregory, author of The Spa Gardens, when grapefruit oil is massaged into the skin, a compound called D-limonene stimultes the lymphatic system to flush excess fluid and toxins from bodily tissues for effortless slimming. How does that strike ya!?

Escape into tranquillity and pamper yourself and give to friends that need to unwind. Epsom salts will soothe tired muscles, while gently softening the water for a luxurious bath experience. Glycerin a skin moisturizer can be found at health food stores, some drug stores, or major department stores depending on where you live. Its also available on the Internet. I used Epsom, salt but feel free to use Sea and or Kosher Salt. I made this for my DD's Bridal shower as favors. I upped the recipe to 20 pound of salts. Placed yellow and blue (wedding colors) salts in 50 wine glasses topping with plasic wrap which you can't see and then topped with satin trimmed toule held on with thank you ribbon. Optional: I also placed whole vanilla pods with some salt in a coffee grinder till fine. The aroma's are heavenly!

    Recipe #155095

This is not a soap but is designed to remove in-grained dirt, leaving hands soft and lightly perfumed. (I've not tried this yet but posting it so I can find it again. Sugar quantity is a guestimate. Zaar doesn't like dried Yarrow!)

A cleansing lotion to sweeten and soften bathwater and use as a hair rinse after shampooing. Using both flowers and leaves will work.

Honey is antiseptic, cleaning your pores, and toning your skin. It's for your face but go ahead and enjoy the other half of the apple with lemon juices and honey on it whie your face gets renewed!

    Recipe #167602

Easy, inexpensive scrub to enjoy at home. From Pioneer Thinking.

    Recipe #162817

Just made this after running out of our favorite. It worked! I'm sure others have "discovered" this, but I thought I'd pass it on to those who haven't.

    Recipe #160843

I love this yummy-smelling, safe and natural body scrub. This is best used in the bath so you can soak for a while after using. Fresh aloe vera, straight out of the garden, is best for this recipe.

    Recipe #159556

An inexpensive clarifier that really works. Your skin will feel so clean and smooth! This recipe is from another very informative website.

    Recipe #151705

This came from Everyday Cheapskate. I use them all the time. I'm sure you could use them as a cleaning wipe for children as well. Cost is pennies per day.
