None of us are major veggie lovers so these are recipes that makes them seem, well, a little less like vegetables.

A great alternative to fast-food French fries, my family and friends love these as a snack or hors d'oeuvre. No matter how many I make, it's never enough!

    Recipe #133821

A super-fast side dish using canned green beans for a cook in a hurry. My kids request these over and over. My sister-in-laws originally made this and I've adapted my own quick version.

    Recipe #113229

This is a highly rated recipe from Paula Deen of the Food Channel and worth making! I have tweaked it slightly and doubled the complete amounts to suit our tastes --- Paula has a house seasoning blend mix which is 1/2 cup salt mixed with 2 tablespoons black pepper and 2 tablespoons garlic powder, she uses a small amount in this casserole, you have the option of omitting the fresh garlic and adding it in, store the remaining mix in an air tight container for up to 6 months, I strongly recommend using low-sodium cream of mushroom soup

    Recipe #194466

This has been a staple at Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House in Lynchburg, Tennessee for over 100 years. Use only fresh corn for best results. I have not made this so cook times are only estimates.

A recipe that came along with a purchase from a Pampered Chef Party. Well worth the purchase as I use the recipe all the time! A great recipe for summer when zucchini's are everywhere.

This is a quick and easy recipe for a side dish. It's very flavorful and yummy, I like to make this as a side to go with roast/baked/grilled meat.

    Recipe #121613

These beans are delicious and perfect for a special dinner party or everyday meal. I often substitute 2 cans green beans (cooked) for the fresh.

    Recipe #91897

This simple side dish is a perfect match for steak. Goes perfectly with any meal that uses garlic (ie: awesome with Italian).Simple to make-great to take to a pot luck-classy enough for dinner parties!
