This is pretty much a standard breakfast for our family on Thanksgiving. It is simple, but flavorful. We like to celebrate having the day off and the opportunity to eat together, but don't want to stuff ourselves before the big meal. LOL I usually also offer a fresh fruit salad made up of whatever looks good at the market and tossed with just a bit of pineapple juice.

I cut this out of the News & Observer here in Raleigh last spring. Since it uses fresh apples and bananas it a nice way to dress up canned fruit. I have also added grapes, just to add some color. My family really likes this fruit salad.
