    So pretty! Lovely, little sweet strawberry chicken bites with Amaretto-flavored mascarpone cheese nestled in the petals of flower-like cups of phyllo! Would be well received at parties, brunches, luncheons and showers! A little time-consuming, but easy to make!

    An American favorite, the peanut butter-Jelly Sandwich with some surprise. I recommend the optional alcohol as it really looks great, especially if you have planned ahead and somebody could turn of the light for you when you enter the dinning room. The alcohol mostly burns away but i can not recommend this for kids. All ingredients are from the RCS#12 list so you, who are testing this for the contest NOW should have all the ingredients handy. What an advantage!

    This bread has a lovely festive color from the star ingredient which is beets and is perfect for party sandwiches or for a dinner party or BBQ. It was inspired and created for the RSC #14 cooking contest for the Summer of 2009, but since the original recipe had MAJOR problems I am reworking it and subtracting ingredients that are no longer required to be in it.

    This is a wickedly-good concoction � a soup that�s perfect for summer! The colour is so beautiful � a deep, rich vermillion - and with a drizzle or dollop of dill-infused crème fraiche, it�s nearly too pretty to eat. Fortunately, the taste lives up to the stunning visual!

    This cake is of course very very moist since it is a tres leches cake, but the added flavor of the chocolate and hazelnuts are wonderful. Trust me on the cranberries, they really add a sweet little surprise throughout the cake. The icing is really easy and very sweet and creamy. A small piece is all you need. Prep/cook time does not include chilling time.
