I swiped this from the Food networks low carb and loving it, green bean casserole recipe. Isolating the parts that recreate the Consensed cream of mushroom soup part and fiddled a bit with it.

    Recipe #134297

I found this recipe on the Low Carb Friends forum some time ago. I've baked this bread many times, and it's very good! The whole loaf only contains about 20 carbs, so when you slice it, divide the total carbs by the number of slices. (I usually get about 10 slices, which only amounts to 2 carbs per slice!) If the lid of your bread machine lifts slightly during the last 15 minutes of baking time, don't worry; when the bread is baked, the lid will lower. I prefer to eat this bread toasted slightly, and buttered.

I find it totally amazing, that children and men ALL LOVE THIS RECIPE! As for the Female of our species we just love this for the flavor and the health benefits it brings our families. Roasted brings out a wonderful sweetness in this dish. The Garlic is roasted to a tan color is creamy good. You can just pop them in your mouth. Or you can spread them on your florets or fresh bread. Just be sure to scoop up some of the rosemary, olive oil and black pepper that may have escaped to the bottom of the dish. For Halloween check out Recipe #396674 version of my recipe.

Found on the Arnold's Sandwich Thins webpage. 6 PointsPlus points.

    Recipe #454821

This recipe was shared by one of my fellow Weight Watchers. I'm not much of a person for sweets, but this was REALLY good in my book! 1 Cup equals 5 points.

    Recipe #93017

I got this recipe from someone at my Weight Watchers meeting. I don't know where the original recipe came from. It's very low points and I can eat it every day without getting tired of it.

    Recipe #210757

This is a delicious and quick soup (even if you are not on Weight Watchers). One cup of soup has 2 points, and recipe makes 12 cups.

    Recipe #81029

After searching and searching for the perfect swordfish recipe, this is it! This recipe was featured in the July 1992 issue of Texas Monthly. The Merchant Prince Restaurant, Galveston, Texas. Cooking time includes the 60 minutes to marinate.

    Recipe #247512

Great healthy and tasty dish. Any mild white fish may be substituted.

You asked for it. Here it is. Thanks so much to MaMa's Supper Club. Wish we could all go there.

    Recipe #53914

Great dip for a vegetable tray. Different than the usual Ranch dip or "Vegetable DIP"

Very tasty, you can make it as hot or as mild as you want. Quick easy dish - no muss no fuss

    Recipe #33105

This marinade makes the meat so tender and flavorful. Plan ahead; this needs to marinate overnight (which is not included in the preparation time). In the spring and summer, I like to use my outdoor grill. In the winter, I like to use my George Foreman grill.

    Recipe #206344

This dish was inspired by Vote_for_Pedro's White Bean & Spinach Soup. Like the original, this is quick, easy and full of flavor. It makes a nice dinner for 4 served with a good salad or it can be a starting course and serve more. Use 3 or 4 cups of broth according to how thick you like your soups or how much liquid your pasta absorbs.

As we were walking through the grocery store, we stopped to try a sample at the Deli. It tasted like Tuna Salad rolled up in a tortilla and it was very good. We went home and made our own version and it tasted even better. The recipe is easy, tasty, and you can make a low fat version.

    Recipe #37734

I was tired of the old mayo and tuna fish combo for my salads and sandwiches and thought I would try something out of my ordinary ingredients. This is a great topping for a leafy green salad or use between your favorite sandwich bread or wrap.

    Recipe #221057

This is a delicious Mexican Casserole recipe with only 6.5 weight watcher points per LARGE serving! YUM! (on the new, Points Plus system of Weight Watchers, this recipe is 9 points)
