This is from a cook book by the name of First Capital Favorites of York, PA. I have not tried it but the ingredients and the simplicity of the recipe appealed to me, so I have shared it with you. Cook time is chill time. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #96676

A healthy snack or breakfast for kids and adults!

My daughter LOVED these when she was little. Healthy sweet snacks you can feel good about.

    Recipe #87603

These are so moist and flavourful it's hard to believe they are low-fat.

    Recipe #223072

Delicious, dense berry muffins with an awesome glaze that my family loves! You can use any type of berries and matching flavour yogurt that you like. Peaches and peach yogurt is great too.

From www.our365.com Peanut-butter-cup flavor in a protein- and vitamin-packed bonbon This chocolaty take on classic milk-and-honey balls is a dead ringer for peanut-butter cups. Made with natural, creamy peanut butter and vitamin-enriched Ovaltine, these nibbles will stay on your easy-to-make snack list all year around.

I love sharing these two ingredient recipes, though this one may sound a little odd. I must admit when I heard a chef on TV say that freshly ground black pepper on sweet cantaloupe is exceptional, I was thinking more like- bizarre! But once you taste this, especially you cantaloupe lovers, you may never eat it any other way.

Although there are several recipes for Cajun flavored popcorn posted, this fiery blend has a unique combination of spices. Use this on your favorite popcorn popped in a microwave, on the stove or using popcorn popper. You will need a little moisture to get the spices to adhere, the choice (butter, margarine or a low calorie butter substitute) is yours. Store the spice in a air-tight container as you would other spice blends.

I saw this recipe and thought it could come in handy for the upcoming ZWT5. It gives me an idea of how to use up those odd tortillas I tend to have left over after buying a pack.

    Recipe #370127

At the request of my lovely 12 year old daughter, I am posting these, one of her favorite foods. We searched for a recipe together and ended up adapting one to suit our tastes. Enjoy!

    Recipe #30977

My kids have just as much fun making these as they do eating them. They are a fun item to take as an appetizer to a holiday party.

    Recipe #48067

Take a trip back in time to the county fair with a bowl of this kettle corn, your family may never want plain popcorn again!

    Recipe #191886

It's just not fair for kids who hate some of those "adult" appetizers that have fancy stuff on them like olives and Brie and other stuff they've never tasted or even heard of. This will suit their taste buds and even be "fancy" enough to make them feel all grown up. It's cheap and easy enough for Mom to throw together for play dates or when a friend drops by with their kids in tow. Also easy enough to substitute diabetic jam for a sweet treat for those who have to go sugarless.

    Recipe #144964

Oh LORD, have mercy! LOL! This stuff is the kind-of snack you sit down in front of the tv with and you look down and it's all gone! The best part about this recipe is (other than the end product) the fact no candy thermometer is necessary.

    Recipe #140270

    A favorite of the kids!

    Recipe #305624

Fun to make and eat! A great protein-filled nutritious snack for kids. Easy to make; fun for the kids to help. My 5 y/o loves them. This recipe is courtesy of Better Homes and Gardens "Kids Snacks" cookbook, 1985. ***Do not feed honey to anyone under the age of 1 years old, due to the possibility of an allergic reaction.

    Recipe #129812

Jotted down this simple recipe at the Children's Museum of Houston. Really good but too addictive!
