These are really close to the real thing. My family was in heaven! They're great for dinner, football parties, or kid's birthday parties. I'm not real fond of White Castle myself but I gobbled these up. Note: To freeze: Assemble hamburgers less the condiments. Flash freeze, wrap in plastic wrap, put in a ziplock bag and label. To heat: Microwave until heated through.

These are wonderful! My cousin brought them as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner one year, and I got the recipe. I make them for work parties, and even quick snacks at home. You can always make more or less by using more or less cream cheese and crescent rolls! Trust me, these are excellent!

Yummy yummy yummy I have alcoholly in my belly! I actually stumbled upon this recipe while I was in the hospital getting an ovarian cyst removed...but that is neither here nor there. I got home made the Martini and well I feel as though I am walking on air. I hope you will enjoy as much as I enjoyed. These are like taking a little bite of summer. The flavors blend so well and taste great. They never stand a chance at picnics or potlucks. They always are gone before the meal begins. Quantities and ingredients may be adapted to suit your personal tastes.

I got this Buffalo chicken dip recipe from a respiratory therapist at the hospital where I work. He brought it to a party and everyone asked for the recipe. I appreciate all the reviews that have been written about this recipe since I posted it so long ago. I see more and more that people are making it with freshly cooked chicken - great idea. I also like the idea of using rotisserie chicken. The original recipe used canned chicken for convenience, but I agree with all of you that the fresher meat tastes better. Barb P.S. Thank you to everyone who has reviewed this recipe. I love it, too, and it makes me feel so good that so many of you have enjoyed it. Thanks again.

This is a great summer party beverage! Perfect for sitting around the veranda with guests. Pleasing enough for all different tastes, including those who do not drink. Pairs wonderfully with a backyard barbecue. The idea behind the drink was a quick Mojito for a crowd, without all the work. If you want to make a pitcher change the servings to 6.
