This is a great appetizer to eat while watching football, even if your team doesn't win. You can adjust the cayenne to your desired taste. Serve w/ a baguette, pita, or crackers.

This is a recipe I got from a friend So easy to make up ahead of time and freeze if you wish. The ingredients really vary to suit your taste buds. Add more or less taco sauce, cheese, and sour cream. Add extra spice to the ground beef if you wish (ex hot sauce, taco mix, peppers). Halve the recipe if you wish. The variations are endless.

    Recipe #112401

That yummy white cheese dip served in Texas restaurants with lots of fresh, salty tortilla chips. A dear friend asked me to find THE recipe that she loves so much. After much work she finally says I have got it right! Whew! Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #150996

This is sooooo good. I got the recipe from a former coworker who would always bring this to the end-of-the year pot luck we'd have on the teachers' work day. She'd keep it going in her room and we'd all keep sneaking down and grabbing a bite or three until there was hardly any left for lunch!

    Recipe #150962

This is what you actually get at a lot of mexican restaurants! Really good!!

I got this from my sister in law , Pam , and OMG ... I absolutely LOVE it .. unfortunately , I can't get fresh crab in Pa.!! I don't even want to try canned crab ...I just don't think it would be the same... if anyone DOES happen to try it with canned, let me know how it works?? :)

This a a great Halloween treat,Thanksgiving Appetizer or just a nice way to spend a Autumn Day. And yes you can eat the pumpkin. Keep the fondue warm over as low heat as possible to avoid scorching the cheese.

    Recipe #72105

I first tasted this fondue at a friend's Christmas party about 8-9 years ago. I think just about everyone left that party with a copy of the recipe! I have served this at my own parties many times with great success. I enjoy serving this with strawberries, fresh pineapple chunks, cantaloupe, bananas, and sponge cake as the dippers. This makes enough fondue to partly fill a medium-sized crockpot.

Adapted from Best of the Best from Colorado, this recipe is so named, according to their description, because the recipe poster's father was a sheep rancher. This is supposedly a best selling recipe on the menu at River City Cafe in Colorado. I have not tried this yet, but since any spinach dip calling for fresh spinach appeals to me, I wanted to share it. This is very different from the usual spinach dips. I have never seen another version quite like this one. I am guessing at the cook time, which I will update once I try this. This makes enough dip for your whole herd! ;). To me, this is perfect football party food!

    Recipe #83107

This was served at an AOAC Picnic I attended at Fort Knox and I had to get the recipe. This is different from most of the other recipes, as it contains mayo instead of sour cream, green chilies but no onions, and the only cheese is Parmesan. It is simple and tasty.

Barb always serves this easy dip whenever we come over to visit. It is great and disappears quickly. She uses Mexican flavor Velveeta and regular canned chopped tomatoes, but I can't find Mexican Velveeta where I live currently. Here is my adaptation of her recipe, using tomatoes with chilies. This is not very spicy, but it does have a little kick from the chilies. If you like it even hotter, stir in some additional chilies. Cook time will vary greatly for different microwaves, so be careful to check & stir often the first time you make this to get the timing right. You can also use salsa in place of the tomatoes.

    Recipe #82454

This is an original. Its best served on toasted or baked french or sourdough bread. It was a HUGE hit at our dinner party!

    Recipe #106546

I received this recipe from my sister-in-law. It is very good and hard to stop eating once you start.

    Recipe #95823

Copy Cat recipe from google search. Posted in reply to a request.

    Recipe #37437

One of my mother-in-law's friends brought this delicious dip to a party and I had to have the recipe. Please only use full fat ingredients in this and real crabmeat. If you are lucky enough to have some fresh cooked crab meat, then you may certainly use that in place of canned-just don't use the "fake crab" as a substitute as it just won't taste the same. The size of the can is the same as a regular tuna fish can-I will update the exact size next time I make this. Note:The leftover dip is also great as a sandwich spread on a lightly toasted bagel with lettuce & tomato.

    Recipe #69820

I am a sucker for a spinach dip, and this one is very good. My friend Kelley brought this to a military function and was kind enough to share the recipe. This one is different from most of the spinach dips I have tried, with jalapenos and tomatoes in the recipe.

I have never seen a recipe for spinach dip quite like this. No mayo, no sour cream, just cream cheese with a kick! Requested for every event. Serve with a baguette cut into thin slices and lightly toasted. Found on an Olive Garden copycat website about 3 years ago.

    Recipe #95946

I found this dip on another site. I usually plan ahead and grill extra chicken a day or so ahead. However, the purchased grilled chicken would work just as well. Cooking time does not include preparing the chicken.
