You know how sometimes you wonder where all those hungry people came from? Well, here's an easy do-ahead way to keep them happy, while you barbecue the ribs and cook the kielbasa. I DON'T know why these should be called Polish, but the recipe came from my Polish aunt, we are of Polish descent and we've enjoyed these for some time. Great for cook-out season. Or how about tailgating? Go Black and Gold!

This is one of my favorites. It's easy to make & tastes SOOOOOOO good!!! Use an 80/20 or 85/15 ground beef for best flavor. Feel free to add any other veggies, but this is the way we like it!!!

Almost every Sloppy Joe recipe or premade sauce has green peppers as a ingredient. My grown DS detests green peppers and won't touch anything with it in it. I created this flavorful recipe with him in mind. But I think that even those folks who like green peppers would like this version.

These really are so delicious, folks. They’re almost like little “meatloaf balls”, with a lot more flavorful surface area than a big slice of meatloaf. And the sauce is just a classic sweet/sour ketchup concoction and it makes you think of Grandma. My kids love this dish, which is a miracle. And they’re delicious warmed up the next day and placed on a toasted sandwich bun with melted mozzarella on top. Yikes. *Note that these meatballs are not in the same category of regular Italian meatballs that would go in Spaghetti and Meatballs—those have more of a breadcrumb/parsley/Parmesan flair. These are more in the comfort food/meatloaf category. If you’d like to serve them with pasta, regular egg noodles tossed in a tiny bit of melted butter would be divine.

Try this burger recipe for a great change of pace! Notes: Find Japanese panko bread crumbs on the Asian food aisle in a well-stocked supermarket or in Asian markets. For a different flavor, add curry powder or ginger and soy sauce. Please remember that if you use less chicken to cut back on the garlic, we are garlic lovers, I once used less chicken and didn't, and while the overall taste was great, the garlic was a little overwhelming, even for us. These mini burgers hold together no problem, remained juicy and cook though very evenly, a 'must' for me when making burgers. Since this has some specifically asian ingredients I have decided to put this into ZWT: Asia.
