    a sweet jerk marinade for for those who are in a rush.easy ingredients that everyone has!!!!!!!! marinate for at least 4 hours and brush grill with a little oil.grill it low and slow! i had received recipe from a friend and made a few alterations...I know this recipe is traditionally made with bone in meat this was my fix to a quick fix .enjoy this chicken can also be used with strips of pork and grilled the same way

    This is out of my Summer Time Cookbook...great for a BBQ...or it can be cook in a 375° oven for about 25 minutes...you can wrap and freeze the uncooked loaf up to three months; thaw at room temperature before cooking.

    Save your money and shop wisely! I was able to make 32 home-made, yummy hamburgers ("quarter pounders") for $32.00. I've cut this recipe down to 8, for family portion size. Make however big or small of a batch you may need. For the 32 burgers, I purchased the following: 8 lbs of 80/20 ground beef @ $2.19/lb ($17.52), 1 lb bacon @ $3.49/lb, 2 - 8oz blocks of cheese @ 2/$4.00, 2 heads of iceberg lettuce @ $0.69/ea ($1.38), 4 large tomatoes @ $0.49/ea ($1.96), 4 - 8ct pkgs of buns @ $0.89/ea ($3.65). My grand total was $32.00 exactly! The key to this is to buy everything when it is 'on sale', and "FREEZE IT"!!! (Okay, you can't freeze the veggies, but all else you can). I hope this recipe comes in handy for anyone wanting to feed a crowd. And it sure beats the "Value Meal" burgers, and these are so much better! I created this (on very short notice), to feed to a group of 30+ men that were staying at a local church for the evening. They loved the burgers, so I was happy. I hope you enjoy!

    Tuna is plentiful in the waters around the South Pacific and papaya trees are seen throughout the islands. The salsa is soooo good. Depending on the size of your mango and papaya, you should have some extra salsa left. I like to use the rest of it up as a snack with tortilla chips. Recipe by chef Keith Famie. Note: Probably any sturdy fish would be good in this recipe ie. Mahi Mahi or swordfish, etc... Enjoy!

    We enjoyed this chicken -- the recipe calls for marinating the chicken for 30-60 minutes, but I ran out of time, so mine was marinated for maybe 10/15 minutes but still was great. Recipe source: local newspaper which was adapted from Soaked, Slathered, and Seasoned by Elizabeth Karmel.
