Though to a kid it may sound gross, it is really one of the tastiest snacks ever! Kid tested, and approved, this is a crispy, crunchy, flavorful, and non-spicy snack that will definitely be a hit. One of my friends sent it to me and said that her whole family loved it, and so did mine! Enjoy!

A great and tasty snack - and it's even healthy!

    Recipe #230465

The roasted garlic adds a richness to the smoky heat of the chipotle peppers in this hearty(and yummy!) soup. It improves as the flavors delvelop, so go ahead and make it a day or two ahead! Adapted from Fields of Greens cookbook.

This Salsa is living food, full of enzymes and probiotics due to lacto-fermented vegetables. If you prefer peeled tomatoes: score the bottoms, drop into boiling water for about 15 seconds, remove and place in ice water. The peels should come off easily.

A vegetable dish which can be served as one of several dishes in a vegetarian Moroccan banquet or as a side dish to a meat dish, in which case it would serve many more than 6 people. This recipe for Moroccan Greens has been adapted and posted for the 2005 Zaar World Tour from a recipe which I found on Huey's website. Huey (Iain Hewitson) is an Australian chef who has written several recipe books and hosts a popular TV cooking show twice daily on weekdays. He also runs Tolarno's restaurant in Melbourne. Whenever vegetable stock is an ingredient in a recipe, as it is in this recipe, I use my Vegetable Stock Recipe #135453 because it is heaps more flavoursome than any other vegetable stock I had previously come across.

The ultimate Hummus dip no one can resist! There won't be anything left in the bowl by the end of the evening.

    Recipe #89524

This is a wonderful vegetarian dish. I made this recently and added in some herbs de provence spice which gave it a really nice flavor...I have to say that this is one of the better ratatouille recipes that I have made, and even good without using the pasta. The zucchini can be replaced with yellow squash, cut into about 1/2-inch cubes.

This is a dinner party salad that is light, delicious and different. People are usually totally surprised to discover that the dressing is made mostly of pears. The herbs add a lot to the recipe, but be careful not to be too heavy handed with them, or they will overpower the other ingredients.

Hello Vegetarians...here's a crock pot recipe for you. I love ratatouille because it's so versatile and can be used to make a killer pizza, great on pasta or as part of a casserole with chicken and cheese, or how about ratatouille lasagna? I guess I'd better stop brainstorming and write down these recipes to post too!

Warming the vinaigrette makes this salad special and really brings out the aroma of the fresh basil. It's from Martha Stewart's Quick Cook. I think that adding some grilled shrimp or chicken to this recipe would make a wonderful luncheon dish.

You will have a hard time believing that this frozen treat is not really ice cream, but is a good-for-you all fruit dessert. I serve this to the kids in the family and they love to build their own sundaes. It melt fast, so serve it right away or stick it in the freezer.
