A few simple ingredients give you one amazing bread. You can also add your own mixture of herbs into this bread... maybe a bit of oregano or coriander?

Recipe #68272

Rice pudding is one of my ultimate comfort foods and this is just one more version of what I think is the best dessert ever. Traditionally, this dish is served cold.

Recipe #41727

This recipe originally called for the rice to be rolled in vine leaves, but I couldn't find those so I used cabbage leaves instead and it worked out just fine. However, if you can find vine leaves their darker colour would make for a nice contrast with the tzatziki. To speed this recipe up, you can use the store bought tzatziki, although I think the homemade stuff is much better!

Recipe #41585

This is a rich, creamy sauce with a lovely pale-green colour. You won't need much of it to dress up a plate of pasta.

Recipe #39366

Use this as a side dish for your Greek meals. Serve with chicken kebabs, hummous, roasted red peppers, get the idea!

Recipe #39188

This is a combination of two favourite summer salads. It comes together surprisingly quickly, with minimal cooking involved.

Recipe #37007

This takes a bit of effort to make but is worth it for a really nice veggie meal. We served it on Christmas Eve for all our friends.

Recipe #26949

Until we went to Greece, we always made Greek salad with lettuce. Now we know this is the way they do it in Greece, and it's so much better (not to mention simple)! The amounts used are rough guides, you can adjust them to your taste.

Recipe #21012

I found this recipe in Food & Travel magazine and it looked too good to pass up. I haven't tried it yet.
