From Emeril Lagasse Emeril Live show, this has gotten great reviews! This is served at the Marley Cafe in Orlando, Florida. This is traditionally served with cucumber sauce and yucca fries(you can sub french fries). I have given the recipe for the sauce. Prep time includes marinating overnight. This is also popular in Florida.

Healthy snacks that kids (and grown ups) will love! I originally got the recipe from Whole Foods, then changed it up a bit. This is dairy-free and vegetarian. NOTE: I have many a time made these without toasting the oats and coconut and it works out just fine that way as well :)

Tender and succulent, this is fall-off-the-bone chicken, with tons of roasted garlic! This recipe can be made quicker and without too much fuss, it's suggested to purchase whole garlic cloves already peeled. They are usually found in a jar in the produce section and sometimes even packed in oil. :)

    Recipe #265602

    Recipe comes from Food Network.

    Recipe #318087

This meat is tender, delicious and spicy! I'm sure this meat could also be cooked in a crock-pot if you didn't want to "babysit" it on the stove.

    Recipe #255069

Delicious, easy, fresh and can cook for lots of people. Can serve with rice noodles or rice. Original Recipe from Marie Claire cook books.

*Needs to marinate 8 hours or overnite* I haven't seen a Chicken Taco recipe quite like this posted, so I thought I'd share. I found this while searching for diabetic recipes.

    Recipe #53996

This is a family favorite recipe that is quick and easy enough for me to prepare after work. I also like to prepare this dish in disposable foil pans to give to new mothers or anyone in need of comfort food.

My Mom and I created this after being stationed in Japan and eating Yakisoba from the street vendors. This is not exactly the same-but a good substitute

I was fortunate to take a dim sum class with world reknowned chef Joseph Poon in Philadelphia this morning. I was the only one who showed and had a 1 on 1 three hour lesson and quite a work out. I made 13 different types of dumplings, this was our favorite.

Caponata is a great farmer's market recipe. It uses bright red bell peppers, eggplant, and tomatoes. It's perfect to make on a weekend afternoon. And it will last all week. Caponata is a thick vegetable relish. Serve it at room temperature with grilled bread, toast or crackers. You can dress it up by crumbling some feta or goat cheese over it. You can also use it to make a sandwich: bread, caponata, crumbled goat cheese, alfalfa sprouts.
