This is a very simple dessert that we discovered in Morocco. It was served in many restaurants for a light end to all kinds of meals and the combination of cinnamon and fruit is wonderful. The most important thing is to find lovely, sweet and juicy oranges. If you use pale, tasteless ones this recipe won't work at all.

    Recipe #50124

This is just the same as the first coconut ice, except this one has the right measures so it will set properly, you really will get a kick out of it, so please try it, it's very popular with all the family. UPDATED - now corrected

    Recipe #173380

Gluten Free? You might not think so because these even fooled my husband! Chewy, Crunchy or how ever you like them - these are a real treat.

    Recipe #121714

WOW! I just made these delicious danish's. Not only were they fabulous, but they were really quick and easy to make!! Although they don't have a flaky pastry taste like the gluten containing danish's, they have their own little marvalous taste. You won't be able to eat just one! You can make these with your favourite jam. I used a tablespoon of raspberry jam on each danish and drizzled some icing on top.

I made these cookies last night and they were delicious. They were very easy to make and the clean up was easy as well. The only thing I would do different next time is double the batch, I only got 10 cookies and they were all eaten in 15 minuetes. This cookie will definetly have a special place reserved on my Christmas cookie tray.

    Recipe #183480

I know... Not ANOTHER chocolate chip cookie recipe... BUT, you'll find that these are sheer perfection, large bakery-style, thick and chewy, cookies that taste as good as they look with a fool-proof set of instructions. It was pointed out to me that this recipe is from Baking Illustrated, perhaps so as I wrote down the ingredients from a morning show years ago! Thanks for letting me know.

    Recipe #80470

Apples soaked up in jello, what else is there to say, except YUM! This recipe came from my KRAFT magazine that I recive. As soon as I saw this recipe I knew that it would be heavenly... not only was it heavenly but it was easy to make.I tried one apple warm and it was very delicious, but I preferred the refrigerated one best. However I found that the warm apple and the chilled apple were almost like 2 different treats... making this an even better recipe. Let me know which you liked best!

    Recipe #186160

This is one of my favorite gluten free cakes. It's easy and so delicious. You will completely forget that you're eating a gluten free cake. I found that the marshmallow mixture made a lot, so you may want to cut the amount of ingredients in half, or you can do as I do and keep extra mixture in fridge to drizzle over other baking.

    Recipe #186066

These are a delicious treat. They look nice and they are easy to make...especially on hot summer days when I don't have to turn the oven on!!!PLUS they are gluten free and nut free!! I had to skip dinner the first time I made these because I ate so many during the making process, they didn't even get a chance to harden.

    Recipe #174150

This is a great recipe. It tastes just like the wheat containing sponge shortcakes that you can buy at the grocery store, during strawberry season. This recipe uses only 6 ingredients and you can find them all right in your kitchen. It is a great recipe for people that are trying to find an easy dessert to make for a Celiac family member or friend, coming over for dinner. It's quick, its easy, and its really really yummy!!! Try it, you won't be dissapointed!!!!!

    Recipe #174106

These cookies are very yummy. They are crisp on the outside and alittle soft on the inside. They remind me of those wheat containing animal crackers, that I used to eat as a kid(before I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease.)These cookies are very yummy and lots of fun to make and decorate.I like making them with coloured sugar or shaking alittle powdered sugar on them. They also keep very well in a sealed container.Last year I made them to take up to my cottage on our week of holidays. Everyone loved them, and couldn't believe that they were gluten free!

    Recipe #183003

I love these bars! They are great for a quick breakfast,a yummy snack, or just something extra special to slip in your child's lunch box. Plus they freeze great! I hope you enjoy and find these as handy as I do!Enjoy!

    Recipe #174118

These are really delicious, this is the first gluten free recipe that I created myself! They taste exactly like wheat containing gingersnap cookies. These are regulars on my Christmas cookie tray. When I first made them my family couldn't believe that they were gluten free.Plus they freeze really well!

    Recipe #174115

I got this recipe from the first cookbook I ever owned, the Kids Microwave Cookbook. My brother bought me the cookbook for my birthday when I was quite young. As the title states this recipe is very quick and easy to make. This fudge recipe has always been one of my favorites and i'm sure it will soon be one of yours too.

    Recipe #183795

Moist and delicious!! Everyone raves about them. You probably should make a double batch because they disappear QUICKLY!

    Recipe #155150

This is one of my favourite recipes that I have discovered. It is moist and tastes almost identical to the wheat containing carrot cake. It is without a doubt my favourite recipe from Robin Rybergs cookbook 'The Gluten free Kitchen'.

    Recipe #183028

Especially nice in the Summer. This is from my mother's recipes. She was born in 1909 and passed away in 1994; so I guess it is pretty old. I have a collection of her Jello recipes.

    Recipe #181588

Delicious moist gluten free cake. It's great with cream cheese icing, powdered sugar, or just plain.Plus it stays moist and tasty for days!!I found the cake to be a little bit crumbly, but it was so delicious it didn't matter.I got this recipe from one of Bette Hagman's recipe books.

    Recipe #174346

These Gluten free treats are really easy to make, the clean up is quick and they are really really yummy. They taste just like the chocolate covered marshmallows eggs that you can buy at Easter. I just recently got this recipe and they are now one of my new favorites.
