This is a moist, flourless cake that I am just itching to try.

    Recipe #386292

From the chocolate cake chapter in her book 'Feast'. This is one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever made. I sometimes add the juice and zest of half a lemon to the batter.

    Recipe #303266

This is a great recipe. It tastes just like the wheat containing sponge shortcakes that you can buy at the grocery store, during strawberry season. This recipe uses only 6 ingredients and you can find them all right in your kitchen. It is a great recipe for people that are trying to find an easy dessert to make for a Celiac family member or friend, coming over for dinner. It's quick, its easy, and its really really yummy!!! Try it, you won't be dissapointed!!!!!

    Recipe #174106

Found this recipe on line while having a late night craving! Tried them the next day - and I was not disapointed! I no longer have to just drool over Nalesniki at family holiday brunches! I just made these (double recipe) and used the crepes as noodles for GF Lasagna - fingers crossed this works!

    Recipe #246540

Bon Appetit April 2002 featured this recipe from Echo Restaurant in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood. You must prepare a day before serving. It is amazing!

    Recipe #32656

I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Schwan's. The recipe calls to use Schwan's Triple Berry Blend frozen fruit.

A ridiculously easy and quick to make cake-perfect every time! Everybody I have given this to loves it and crazes me for more-in fact I can't get through the door of my in-laws house without bringing them some! This is a no flour recipe so perfect for coeliacs.

    Recipe #277773

Adapted from a Julie Biuso recipe in NZ Your Home & Garden. "...popular in Germanic countries during the festive season. Made with flourless nut dough, the come flavoured with Kirsch or lemon, sometimes rum, and topped with a crisp white icing which resembles snow. ...Zimtsterne improve with age - the strong, woody cinnamon notes mellow and the nutty almond aroma and taste come to the fore."

The green colour looks fabulous and the taste is heavenly. Serve with a raspberry coulis. Keep enough rind of the orange and lemon for garnish.

    Recipe #275032

I've made this pudding at Christmas for the last few years. The recipe originally came from a magazine but I no longer remember which one. Makes a lovely light pudding with the addition of the sago. There's no alcohol in this pud. Using Australian measuring cups-1 cup equals 250 mls. Don't be tempted to over measure your ingredients as your pudding basin will be too full. I use a whole loaf of gluten-free bread to make enough breadcrumbs called for in this recipe. Please note that the cooking time does not reflect the overnight soaking for the sago. This is a great pudding made with regular bread or with gluten-free bread. It can be made with lactose free milk and vegan margarine to be lactose-free

    Recipe #273846

Another one from my gluten free Christmas menu. Perfect with custard or ice cream.

    Recipe #273244

This is a great sauce that we like served with Waffles, Pancakes or French toast, or served over frozen yogurt, pudding or pound cake. Great on ice cream too! Delicious! Adapted from California Strawberries.

    Recipe #122067

My own recipe - and my first gluten-free creation. I love them! You might want to add more sugar - I don't like things too sweet. I also use more spices.

    Recipe #195460

Everybody loves a meringue- they're not just for the kids! A great treat for anyone following a gluten-free diet too (check the cornflour/cornstarch used is from maize. In Australia 'White Wings' cornflour is gluten-free). Tips for great meringues....ensure your bowls and beaters are totally clean. Use eggs at room temperature and be careful with your eggs- must have no egg yolk at all. If your choice is for a white meringue-keep your oven temperature low and leave the meringue in longer to cook if needs be. Makes 50 meringues or 1 large pavlova.

Japonaise? No, not Japanese mayonnaise lol. This is a wonderful cake made of discs of almond meringue sandwiched together with a coffee-flavored butter cream. It was popular when I was a child growing up in Australia and, happily, I recently discovered this recipe which originally appeared in a Vogue Entertaining magazine. It is not at all difficult, and is best made a day in advance and refrigerated until just before serving. Very rich!!

    Recipe #112216

Delicious moist gluten free cake. It's great with cream cheese icing, powdered sugar, or just plain.Plus it stays moist and tasty for days!!I found the cake to be a little bit crumbly, but it was so delicious it didn't matter.I got this recipe from one of Bette Hagman's recipe books.

    Recipe #174346

I originally got this recipe from the back of a Ancient Harvest quinoa flakes box. After making these a couple of times, I made some changes to the recipe. These are delicious and gluten free!
