    A recipe from my early cooking days. I still enjoy it, but now I use fresh garlic, onion, nutmeg, and Parmesan-Reggiano. This can be a vegetarian main dish or side dish.

    This is my delicious version of an Atkin's recipe I found. We didn't have leftover's the first time. The second time, I doubled the recipe. The leftover's heated in the microwave taste like a yummy fish stew.

    This recipe is from "Miami Spice", a cookbook I received from love4culinary in a Zaar Cookbook Swap. The recipe calls for 8 ears of corn. Perfect to feed my family and have two to three ears leftover to make "Grilled Corn & Roasted Garlic Flan" (from the same book). I'll post the latter if it turns out. : )

    I have not made this recipe, but after having been to Brazil a few times, and after having found this recipe in the Brazilian Children's Fund Cookbook (Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center), I had to add this to my recipes. I hope it turns out as good as those I've tried in Brazil!

    What a find! For dietary reasons, using purchased bouillon cubes are not an option for me. This is from Angela Papaiz who contributed to the Brazilian Children's Fund Cookbook. Prep time depends on how fast you chop. LOL I will over estimate on my timing.

    I use the unused yolks crumbled for topping on a salad, or you can mix with mayo, celery seed, salt, and chives, etc., for a sandwich spread, like a tea sandwich. The time I posted is for using already cooked shrimp and already boiled eggs.
