This is a great and tasty muffin. Personaly i think they are best when they are frozen. From the "Breasts of Friends" cookbook-(my favorite!)
Tip:You can extend the season of grapes by freezing them in 1 1/2 cup batches and throwing them into the batter frozen.

This is the dish I served as the main course at a German themed dinner party for our gourmet group. I served it with German fried potatoes, a tomato-green bean salad and glazed carrots and chestnuts. Our guests all but licked their plates! This is an easier version of the original recipe.

This is a great fruit bread recipe that can be used with breakfast, brunch or as a dessert. It's not too sweet and the grapes can be substituted by other fruits, such as peaches, apples or pears. Cooking time includes cooling time.
