This is a white cake i came up with by combining a couple of different recipe's. It reminds me a bit in its flavor of fresh pancakes! But just slightly!!! I use alot of vanilla in it, but you can substitute the vanilla for part vanilla part almond extract - part rum flavoring!! (yum!!!) or you can just put in less vanilla! I've done it all those ways, and each way comes out spectacular! When you take it out of the oven DON'T EAT IT RIGHT AWAY!!! It needs to sit until its cool and thats when it will have the best flavor. Hope you enjoy!!!

...without all the saturated fats of coconut milk. If you like your smoothies more on the frozen side, measure out your pineapple and partially freeze.

This is a mix to create individual servings like the Warm Delights, cake in a mug/cup craze. It is "just add water". It makes a rich, fudgy cake. This is suitable for gift giving. It does not use a cake mix to start, and does not use egg. It is prepared in the microwave. 4 Tbl of mix filled my mug about half full, it does rise a little when cooking. This amount of mix will make 11 cakes, or if your mug is big enough for a double batch it will make 5. If you just want to make one just decrease the yield to 1 cake. A recipe that I got from Simply Homemade - these cupcakes are so good, and they do make a good treat for birthdays!! They have a cream cheese icing, and are decorated with multi-colored sprinkles. They're delicious and a festive way to celebrate anyone's special day. They keep well in the freezer also, so you can make them ahead, to save yourself some time!!

Yummy zucchini bread made a little more healthy with the addition of oatmeal. This makes a very moist and healthy bread! Prep time does not include the cooling time after cooking!

This super moist cake weeps pink tears down its tender slices. AMAZING!

So-called because of the candy's resemblance of the nut of a Buckeye tree, which was thought to look like a buck's eye (deer's eye). Buckeyes are poisonous nuts, so these peanut butter and chocolate treats are a better choice for eating! There are a lot of variations of buckeyes out there, and I have spent years refining our version to what it is now - so a big thanks to everyone who served as guinea pigs ;) We like it real simple - just sweetened peanut butter and chocolate. There are a couple other 'basic' recipes on here, but none of the proportions matched this one - a factor that I consider important for ease of rolling the peanut butter balls. If they are too soft/sticky, you can't roll them, and you don't want them too hard. So I find this proportion to work quite well for us. A friend asked for this recipe to use for her wedding favors - came out wonderfully! Recipe is also easily halved - I do that frequently, with excellent results.

light and healthy, perfect when berries are in season. this is from family circle

    Recipe #58129

The cake part of the recipe comes from Better Homes and Garden cookbook and is listed as Hot Milk Sponge Cake. It's light and fluffy and tastes so much better than store-bought pound cake, and it's also incredibly easy to put together in just minutes! You can use Splend instead of the sugar for a sugar-free version. What I also love about this is that it's made with ingredients that I always have on hand so if I need to make a dessert quickly, this is one I usually do!
