This is the best way to cook bacon. It cooks more evenly this way and more importantly, it requires little attention. The most wonderful part is you don't have grease spatters on your stove!

    Recipe #208501

    Recipe #215708

    Recipe #211987

A very refreshing dish that can be served at a barbeque, beach party, picnic, etc. From Ina Garten / The Barefoot Contessa. This is not in any of her cookbooks, so I wanted to share it here.

    Recipe #114275

This is Rachael Ray's recipe for a great sidedish to use when you're tired of plain old rice (or if you just love orzo, like I do).

    Recipe #61962

I saw her make this on Food Network and it looks really good, so I thought I would post,

I got this potato recipe by Giada de Laurentis on Food Network. They're definitely a different taste than your regular smashed potatoes! Not recommended for one who doesn't like a lot of parmesan or olive oil!!! (

    Recipe #155474

This is from Rachael Ray. It is really quick and easy. The cream sauce is to-die for! I had roasted asparagus as the side dish.

    Recipe #36982

I saw Rachael Ray make this on TV. I made it the other night. It is fantastic! I easily cut the recipe in half.

    Recipe #163480

    From "Everyday Italian" on Foodnetwork.

    Recipe #154787

    Recipe #175368

This is a Rachael Ray recipe I modified quite a bit to suit our tastes, so feel free to play with it to suit yours. So good, I crave it if we don't have it twice a month. I serve it with homemade pizza sauce.

    Recipe #176886

From Foodnetwork Specials, Racheal Ray's Block Party. I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds so different, I am intrigued and will try it soon!

    Recipe #124364

From Ina Garten (the Barefoot Contessa Family Style cookbook).

From The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. This is great for parties. We have really enjoyed this recipe. Great with chips or veggies!

    Recipe #57872

This yummy recipe comes from Rachael Ray...I saw her make it one night on "30 Minute Meals" and I couldn't wait to try it. It makes a lot, so it's perfect for the hungry kids and DH! Don't let the number of ingredients or the steps fool you...this is a quick and easy meal to make on a busy weeknight!

    Recipe #141387

Fast, easy and good. Recipe by Giada De Laurentis, host of Everyday Italian. I make this whenever I need a quick and light dinner or lunch. Great with crusty bread and a caesar salad.

    Recipe #178983

This recipe comes from Alton Brown and it's the only way we have rice anymore. My servings are quite a bit smaller than his, though! You can use chicken or veggie broth in place of the water, or add herbs and spices.

    Recipe #177017

I am a huge fan of gnocchi and this is a favorite recipe which uses them. Courtesy of Rachael Ray.

This is from The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook and has become one of our favorite soups. It is WONDERFUL with fresh corn but good with frozen as well. Very easy and well received.
