This recipe went over big-time with guests that do not enjoy fish! The very finely minced red onions lend a slight crunch and the capers explode with each bite adding a salty balance to the sweet herby mustard sauce that covers the delicate fish. This recipe uses fresh dill. Quick enough for a weekday meal but delicious enough to serve company. Pair it with steamed vegetables or homemade coleslaw and a baked potato for a complete meal. This recipe was created for RSC #10. Good luck to all the entrants!

    Recipe #243431

A spicy broiled tilapia and shrimp in a creamy alfredo sauce. Served at Ruby Tuesday's with steamed broccoli, slice of garlic bread, and rice pilaf with cheese and tomato on top.

    Recipe #239830

My grandparent's used to have a Fish Fry at their house about once a month. Grandma always put the hush puppy batter together while grandpa sat on the back porch and fried them with the fish in his big frying cooker. You just can't have a Fish Fry without these wonderful hush puppies. This recipe makes about 15-20 hush puppies.

This very refreshing appetizer comes from Southern Living, June 2007. Cook time reflects time to chill. I hope you will enjoy it!

Delicious! The oil in this recipe turns out really nice with a spicy and garlicy flavor. It's a really simple appetizer. Posted for ZWT III

    Recipe #230895

This recipe is from a local tavern that is well known for their beer battered fish. This recipe makes a thick, fluffy batter that even non-fish eaters like myself will like.

Adapted from Southern Living Magazine. I have used fresh Blue Crab meat.

    Recipe #227771

Tilapia filets are baked with a topping of crabmeat, cream cheese and spices for a moist and flavorful fish entree. Feel free to add more Old Bay Seasoning, depending on your taste preferences. A parsley and lemon garnish makes it restaurant-quality!

The sauce on this is so creamy...you would never guess that it is low in fat!

    Recipe #211482

This is my favorite fish and chips recipe. The fish is extra crunchy! For an extra-special abundant seafood dinner, serve this with my recipe #211611 and my recipe #211428, with coleslaw. You'll love this meal! It's easy to prepare and your guests will think you're a professional chef! Try it! Important Note: Use a deep fryer. It is too dangerous to use even a deep skillet!

    Recipe #211432

A very moreish mornay! This is a great filler for crepes. Just add cheese on top of the crepes and bake in the oven. It is also great to have on top of rice. Easy to make and not too time consuming. Hope you enjoy it.

From my hand written cards in my recipe box-unknown source.

    Recipe #208369

Yes it's a copycat recipe. I like it very much so wanted to share it. If you are in hurry you can substitute the shrimp with store bought pre-battered frozen shrimp. Get the Bang Bang sauce from from www.dinnisselect.com I understand that the sauce from Dinnis is no longer called Bang Bang Sauce. Now you should order Dinnis Shrimp Sauce (very hot). 5/2010

    Recipe #205533

This recipe was found online by a friend from work and it immediately became one of our favorites. The casserole is so creamy and perfectly flavored. It makes a very elegant presentation served in individual ramekins.

    Recipe #202732

This shrimp is deep fried and then coated with a very spicy buffalo sauce. Not for the faint of heart! I love this served with bleu cheese dressing for dipping. Prep time includes resting time in the refrigerator.

This is from The Good Home Cookbook with a few of my personal modifications. Fresh parsley was originally called for but I used green onion instead; feel free to use either one.

    Recipe #201802

From Bon Appetit Best of the Year - quick, easy & delicious!

    Recipe #201391

This is a recipe my entire family loves! It's requested at least once a week and for Birthday suppers. The recipe came from the mother of one of my childhood friends, who made some of the best food. If I'm making a double batch, I make it with cream of chicken and celery soups together.

    Recipe #199579

I have to put this recipe somewhere before it gets thrown away!! It was in the paper as a "Quick Meal". I just love tilapia!! Feel free to add more garlic or ginger to this sauce....the more the merrier, right?

This is so good. It's shrimp, it's bacon, it's cheese; what's not to like. They had this on the menu as an appetizer for a short time at Red Lobster but when we went back the next time they had quit making it. It does take a little time to make this. I'm not sure where I got this recipe but I've been told it is a variation of Todd Wilbur's Copycat recipe.
