It just can't get much easier than this!

    Recipe #105932

This recipe is originally from the food section of the Houston Chronicle. Jimmy Johnson was a Dallas Cowboys's coach. We like these because they're baked, not fried. and the fact that they're so easy and quick to make! Serve them with tartar or remoulade sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

    Recipe #111030

I got this recipe out of the Cuisine At Home magazine and made a few minor adjustments.... it is delicious!

    Recipe #110994

My husband goes fishing every day, so we eat a LOT of fish--crappie, bluegill, catfish and bass. I am always looking for new ways to cook fish. This recipe was in our local newspaper and is very good.

I made these for dinner tonight and they are scrumptious! Can be made ahead up to and including the breading stage and refrigerated. Then drizzle with butter and bake. Found on the Global Gourmet website.

    Recipe #42169

Serve with a green salad, garlic french bread and a glass of chardonnay. Enjoy!

    Recipe #94421

This was my grandmothers recipe. I dont like fish but I cook it for my hubby and he loves it! Its easy to make. I figure 2-3 filets per person when I make it. I have also added bacon to it and everyone loved it.

    Recipe #101478

This rich and creamy lobster dish can satisfy a seafood lovers palate, without breaking the bank. I bake this in a pie plate and serve alongside of steak, rice and cole slaw; a delicious, cheaper version of "surf and turf". Can be easily served as a main dish.

Tasty Seafood Enchilads with a creamy white sauce.

    Recipe #16558

It's pretty rich, but my husband loves it! I serve him this on special occasions, like Valentines Day. You could use another kind of seafood or a combination.

    Recipe #109765

This dish is part of our family Christmas Eve celebration every year. I love baked stuffed shrimp, but so many restaurants here prepare their shrimp piled high with Ritz crackers drenched in butter. I think the crabmeat stuffing adds somethng a bit more special. Prep time includes the stuffing's cooling time.

    Recipe #61279

My husband found this recipe in an old Southern Living cookbook. He's made some adaptations and the result is incredible. This makes a very pretty presentation and people will be asking you for the recipe the second they taste it!

    Recipe #97003

Succulent shrimp, bursting with flavor and a healthy kick of spice. The skewers can be made ahead. Try it with mixed vegetables, red pepper, onion, zucchini, whatever you like. Prep time includes marinating time.

    Recipe #36613

If you have ever been to the Maryland area or once lived there you would know how AWESOME the seafood is! This recipe will not disappoint you! It was handed down to me from my Mommom, who has lived in Delaware ( Maryland's Neighbor) her entire life. Please try it and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have over the years!

    Recipe #8696

It is quick and tastes very good.

    Recipe #108066

Cheesy, creamy crabmeat! If you like crabmeat and au gratin then this is a dish for you! Another recipe from my mom in New Orleans.

    Recipe #49218

Quick, easy, healthy and tasty. Uses only 5 ingredients. Good served with asparagus and rice (esp. brown).

    Recipe #95272

I picked this receipe up from the T-Tapp exercise forum. I haven't made the recipe yet but want it in my recipezaar cookbook so I'm adding it now. One way to serve this is over spaghetti squash.
