This is very simple and simply delicious. My kids kill this, so we never have leftovers.

    Recipe #247685

We were treated to this at a friends house for dinner. Very good! Recipe can easily made ahead and be halved. What I especially like about it it, it is NOT too cheesy! Easy to make and easy to serve. I prefer making the shells for that reason.

    Recipe #285421

I really love the filling for this manicotti recipe. Packed with veggies and flavor, Yum! This recipe is great to use up leftover chicken. From 1001 Low-Fat Recipes.

    Recipe #327085

This recipe is very healthy, quick, easy, and a perfect way to eat beans which not only provide protein, but they also provide good carbohydrates.

    Recipe #426782

This is a good recipe that I found in Epicurian Recipes Website and posted it for CJAY in the topic thread, but here it is for public review.

    Recipe #410302

The subtle flavors and the ravishing colors combine to make this dish a unique experience.

    Recipe #43344

From What's Cookin, Chicago? Feel free to substitute basil for spinach - I did, then added some wilted spinach into the pasta later. Delicious!

    Recipe #463643

This is a delicious dish that has evolved over the years since I have been making it. I use angel hair pasta and the finished product I am aiming for is a 'dry' pasta dish. That is, the pasta should be coated and flavoured by the sauce, but not swimming in it. It is a very economical dish that produces a luxurious tasting result!

    Recipe #304708

A white macaroni and cheese with a delicious creamy taste. Enjoy.

    Recipe #418420

This is a Southern version of macaroni and cheese with a light and creamy taste. Enjoy.

    Recipe #418418

A twist on traditional mac and cheese

    Recipe #48879

This mac n' cheese is so easy to make, I made it for my husband and he loved it, just like his mom used to make!

    Recipe #23018

To me Fannie Farmer's recipe is the only "real" Macaroni & Cheese. It's from my 1946 edition of "Fannie Farmer's Boston Cooking School Cookbook". With time on it's side - this recipe is hands down the best for traditional, homemade baked macaroni & cheese - comfort food. Please Note: If you use CHEAP CHEESE you will end up with a BLAND and FLAVORLESS DISH!

    Recipe #135350

    Recipe #219251

So incredibly simple, but fun and different. This always suprises people the first time I make it for them, but is always a favorite to those who've had it.

    Recipe #285492

This is an old favorite of my husband's that his family used to make, however, I've lightened it up SIGNIFICANTLY! His mom's recipe used salt lard (ick!) and a lot of oil. I love the taste of the broccoli, the pasta and the hot turkey italian sausage. This is a quick easy, low-fat dish that is very satisfying! Even my kids enjoy this one...I hope you do too! Please adjust the garlic and crushed red peppers to your taste. My family likes lots of both! NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT A FAN OF HOT TURKEY ITALIAN SAUSAGE - USE REAL HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGE. The true recipe calls for real italian sausage but I find this recipe is just as delicious with a great quality hot turkey italian sausage.

    Recipe #320242

As if macaroni and cheese wasnt fattening enough already!!! lol! It really is worth it though! I saw this on food network a while ago. Always KISS THE COOK!

    Recipe #123439

Tried this and it was a hit with my family. I got it off the community board where someone had requested it. Wasn't as complicated as it seemed at first... give it a try!

    Recipe #176983

This is a recipe from Paula Deen's magazine. Plan ahead, you will need to refrigerate the cheese sauce for 8 hours and the balls freeze for 2 hours. The chilling and freezing time is included in the prep time listed.

    Recipe #275813

This is a great vegetarian recipe from the Australian Women's Weekly Great Fast Recipes collection. As usual for Sussan recipes, it's quick, easy and yummy! Could be a bit light for people who prefer meat with their meals though - we accompanied it with crumbed chicken and loved it. For vegos, could go well with jacket potatoes topped with maybe a mushroom cream sauce, or just sour cream and snipped shallots or chives.
