Air popped popcorn lightly coated in caramel. Ready to eat in less than an hour!! Also good with pecans or almonds, add at Instruction #2

    Recipe #376332

This goes nicely with my Chicken Breasts Con Rajas or any south of the border meal. I have recently been to a talk by Michael Pollan author of "In Defense of Food," who advocates getting away from processed food and today as I was stopping to grab a box of prepackaged Mexican Rice mix I looked at the ingredients and realized this is exactly what he means. This recipe is quick, fresh and definitely not full of preservatives! In a pinch and when tomatoes are out of season, I use canned chopped tomatoes and it still tastes great! Happy Cooking!

    Recipe #288256

The heavenly taste of apple pie in a glass - in just a few minutes, Simply place all ingredients in a blender, push the button, pour and enjoy - Comfort food....in a glass!!

    Recipe #390423

These are very good and are like the store bought kind but better! They are Delicious warm from the pan! You can use these just like any store bought kind, to make fajitas, burritos, etc.

I love icecream soda's and this one is practically guilt free. This has so many variable's with the many many SF syrups out there. Sky's the limit when concocting your own desired flavor combinations.

Placing this here for safe keeping. From Smucker's. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables or tortilla chips.

A coffee lovers dream. Prep time doesn't include chill time.

    Recipe #371382

So easy yet sooo tasty! I especially like the fact that I can make whatever size loaf I need. Original recipe from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day however, I've made some minor adjustments plus cut the recipe down to 2 one pound loaves.

This is from the America's Test Kitchen Cookbook, 2006 edition. This kind of made me think of chicken piccata, only made with fish. Use a flatfish, like sole or flounder for best results.

    Recipe #325893

I make this at least once a year when the weather starts getting cool. It fills you up and keeps you warm on those cool fall days.

    Recipe #386565

A light and simple salad. Absoulutely delcious!

    Recipe #359919

This tastes just like the store-bought version. I make it every year, before Christmas, to give as gifts (and of course to keep some for ourselves!). It ends up being less expensive than buying from the store AND you get to say that you made it yourself! :)

    Recipe #337038

This salad is one of my sister's recipes that has graced our dinner table many times! It is delicious!

This is a lightly sweet mild cheesecake-flavored ice cream with all the richness, but with less fat. Cook time also includes the time it takes for the ice cream machine to freeze the mixture. Does not include chill time.

    Recipe #317932

I usually replace my mini blinds when they get dirty because they are a pain to clean. Not this time! I looked up how to clean blinds and found the simplest technique out there.... and it worked! Try this out. It will save you lots of money and time. Make sure you use Automatic Dishwasher Detergent.

    Recipe #402221

This version of a stuffed chicken is filled with cream cheese and chiles, from The Hatch Chile Cookbook, .

Slushies offer unlimited possibilities for ingredients. Here´s one from Safeway Stores Eat Like a Champion. Berries in season could be added. Your option! From USA Pears.

    Recipe #390605

This is a lovely breakfast that I adapted from a recipe on the back of a gravy mix packet.

This recipe comes from Susan Branch's Summer Cookbook. I saw a recipe similar to this but I think this version is spectacular on a summer day lounging by the pool. I realize this seems like a strange combination but the taste is delicious. I like my beers on the hoppy side but I definately use a light beer in this recipe.

You will not believe how DECEDANT this dessert is for 135 CALORIES! Of my own creation, Sure beats paying AT LEAST $1.50 for a 2 pack at the store! (and just as easy! Not to mention LESS CALORIES!) Please Enjoy! I always use a very small bowl to make it in (one my toddler's plastic bowls), but you could always use a small tupperware, a left over bowl from a store bought "warm delight mini", or maybe a coffee cup (haven't used one of those). Please review and let me know what you think! YUM!
