I like to make this healthy and delicious dessert for my family and friends and they love it. Enjoy.

    Recipe #415568

Try raspberries and sugar-free raspberry pudding and use White chocolate sugar-free pudding for a unique flavour. This is a quick and easy recipe to throw together!

    Recipe #142780

A wonderful little cheesecake for a dessert buffet. It is incredibly easy to make and looks and tastes very impressive. I saw Paula Deen make them on FoodTV and I couldn't wait to try them myself. Use canned pie filling, fresh fruit or use your imagination!

It is a delicious carmel spread from Brazil. I got this from a friend who was an exchange student there, it is the most addicting thing ever, watch out, this is NOT low in fat...quite the contrary :)but soooo worth it.

Get out your ice cream machines for this one!! 2 cans of sweetened, condensed milk (not evaporated milk) are caramelized, and half of the mixture is stirred into a custard base. When the custard is almost frozen, the rest of the caramel is dropped in ribbons into the ice cream as it continues to churn in the ice-cream maker.

Had to share this after I tried it over the weekend! This one's a bit different than the others posted, due to the addition of toasted pecans (or dark chocolate crunchies, see note), and a sprinkle of sea salt before serving. Adapted from the Gourmet Today cookbook. Cooking time includes the mid-range chilling and freezing times.

    Recipe #481231

Sauce served for the dessert course of Hudson Valley Apple Pie and Sour Cream Ice Cream served on January 20, 2013 at the luncheon following the second Obama Inauguration

    Recipe #493999

With only very few ingredients and five minutes to make it just couldn't get any easier and it tastes so good! ---it goes great with bread pudding, over ice cream and with desserts :)

    Recipe #78088

The perfect summer treat...and you don't even need an ice cream freezer! Fun for kids- they can all make their own, anytime!

    Recipe #34257

Thick, rich, and creamy, and with a texture to rival (or even surpass) homemade ice cream from a machine. Seriously. My machine-made ice cream often turns out a little icy, but this doesn't. Just dense creaminess. And it's super simple to make. If you can operate a hand mixer, you can make this. "Cooking" time is freezing time.

    Recipe #245438

I made this for my son when he was small and I still make it, it's so good and so easy just mix and freeze! ---two packages Kool-Aid should be fine but I always use 2-1/2 packages for a stronger flavor, I make this using either cherry, lime, orange, raspberry or strawberry Kool-Aid -- for reduced fat use all low-fat or fat-free milk but it will not be as creamy --- WARNING, this is very addicting be prepared to eat half at one sitting, servings are only esitmated :)

    Recipe #414849

Adapted from a Cook's Country -- I've made this recipe twice now, and it makes a very delicious, creamy and rich chocolate ice cream with mild coffee undertones. It is just so easy to make - and only takes 10 minutes to throw everything together! Lasts up to two weeks in the freezer. My favorite is just plain, but you can start experimenting....fold in chocolate coated espresso beans, chocolate chips, or fudge topping for different variations! Recipe can easily be doubled, tripled or quadrupled though watch the chocolate cooking time and be careful not to burn it (if you do increase quantities, increase microwave time and check during cooking time).

    Recipe #428141

I love ice cream but don't have an ice cream maker. Found this recipe on the Egal Brand website. Very tasty, and easy. I use chopped up chocolate, and I add about 1 cup of it. Time includes freezing.

Ben and Jerry make the best ice creams and this lovely choice is one of their best in my opinion. Give it a try and see what you think Cooking time is however long it takes your ice cream freezer to make it.

    Recipe #210590

All you need is a processor and frozen bananas. This recipe can be gluten and lactose free by replacing milk with rice milk or orange juice.

    Recipe #378142

This is a nice summer treat that does not require rock salt or an ice cream machine.

    Recipe #320229

An excellent and easy refreshing treat for summer days. Enjoy it.

    Recipe #410897

I made this recipe after falling in love with Coldstone and Carvel's Cake Batter Ice Cream. I recommend using Splenda instead of sugar since there is sugar in the cake mix. You can use 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract if you please. You can also use 3/4 cup of cake mix. THIS RECIPE IS TO USE WITH AN ICE CREAM MAKER (MINE IS BY CUISINART)
