This is a good combination of ingredients and flavors with a good result. Hope you enjoy it.

    Recipe #495303

I learned how to make this from a Mexican neighbor when I lived in San Antonio, many years ago. It has always been an enthusiastic favorite of my sons.

    Recipe #483481

A healthy alternative to traditional lasagna! Courtesy of Glad® FreezerWare™

    Recipe #479877

I love the smokey flavor of poblanos, but sweet peppers may be substituted. Adjust the amount of sweet peppers used if very large. Poblanos are smaller. Don't leave off a dollop of sour cream for it mellows the taste. A dish to be ready in 30 minutes for your own fiesta. From Home Made Simple.

    Recipe #469535

I love to cook fresh zucchini and adding these six good ingredients makes a delicious and easy dinner casserole to please the entire family. Enjoy.

    Recipe #461077

My Mom used to make this dish with fresh corn kernels, too. We always enjoyed this dish very much as children and asked her for more. Hope you enjoy it as we did.

    Recipe #461072

This is an easy family favorite from my mom! Great for holidays and potlucks too!

    Recipe #454364

Based on a recipe from The South Beach Diet Cookbook. Since picky DH really likes this, it makes it a recipe I really like, too!

    Recipe #423914

This is a good way to use the ham leftovers from Easter Sunday Dinner. Enjoy.

    Recipe #419253

This is a recipe by Julie Badger Jensen that I love, but have tweaked just a bit to my family's liking... It's been one of our favorite breakfast dishes!

    Recipe #417005

This is another of our favorite dinner meals, specially in cold nights and it is a complete meal served with corn bread muffins. We love them.

    Recipe #410830

This is an excellent casserole to make with turkey or chicken leftovers. Enjoy it.

An easy to fix chili using left over turkey and handy ingredients. I tweaked a weight watcher's recipe for this. If you want the results more soupy, add more water. Can use masa harina to thicken if desired.

    Recipe #389728

This is a wonderful and easy recipe. Very traditional in Egypt. Served over plain white rice. My grandmother, and mother... and all my aunties have been making this for decades. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

We LOVE this! It's a great recipe for hash browns that are crispy on both sides. You can peel the potatoes if you wish, I always leave the skin on. Sometimes I add some shredded sharp cheddar cheese and/or some minced garlic. A good non-stick pan works the best, I first coat the pan with cooking spray, then sometimes use the bacon grease or cooking oil instead of the butter. This is adapted from the Food Network.

    Recipe #383426

This is a very easy chili recipe I got from a Pampered Chef recipe called Hearty Six-Can Chili I found a few years ago and just leave out the 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup. I love to make this and serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Yummy!

    Recipe #379623

These will be a hands down favorite for your hungry crew!

    Recipe #375785

I've been making this for my family for over 25 years, it came from the LLLI cookbook, Whole Foods for the Whole family. The original recipe calls for beans, I have never used them as I can't stand them, so I have included them as optional. This is a very kid friendly recipe, and easier for them to eat then hard shell tacos. It is NOT very spicy, if you like it spicy add more hot sauce, some green chilies, more cumin, etc. Pepper jack on top would also spice it up some more. The crust is very different, more bread or biscuit - like not at all like a regular pie crust. When you spoon it in the pan is will seem all gooey and you'll wonder how it works.

    Recipe #370785

This is a lovely breakfast that I adapted from a recipe on the back of a gravy mix packet.
