Inspired by Recipe#361967, I experimented and made up this cake for the two of us. I did try it with twice as much baking soda and baking powder, reduced them both to 1/8 as the cake touched the microwave "ceiling" and started to curve down; tasted fine but sure looked bizaar. Think it needs these ingredients to get a cake texture. I doubt that this recipe can be reduced and work out. Thank you especially to debbwl and diner524 for trying to help me improve this recipe for two.

I have very fond memories of these as a little whipper snapper and remember them as the only good thing about my Uncle's cranky ex-wife :) Super easy and heaps tastier than rum balls (personal opinion)

    Recipe #301069

When you need that chocolate brownie fix and you need it fast!

    Recipe #205648

yummy desert waffles with the flavor of carrot cake

    Recipe #215704

This is my son's quick fix for a chocolate attack. Easy enough for kids to make themselves.

MMMMMmmmmmm!!! THE BEST on devil's food cake--or anything for that matter! Found this on-line; try with Snickers bars too;) *Prep time includes time from start to finish.*

I have never had luck with lace cookies and after a lot of searching I found a recipe for lace cookies on a blog called Foodspriration that looked so simple I thought there was no way I could mess these up! I did make a couple changes to the recipe (like using corn syrup instead of honey - because I did not want the honey flavour and using a full 1 tsp of batter per cookie instead of 1/2 tsp) but it did not affect the end product. I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!

    Recipe #426449

One morning my sister-in-law was making waffles for breakfast using her new mini waffle maker. She had a brain storm about desert that night. “Why not try to cook cake batter in the waffle maker.” This was a huge hit on our summer vacation – for the kids as well as the adults!

    Recipe #171722

This is a quick and easy sugar cookie perfect for your favorite cutout cookies.

    Recipe #82945

This no-bake slice can be made in a just a few minutes, although it does need time to set before it is ready to be eaten. NOT for those who don't like lemons but for the rest of the world, great for lunch boxes, picnics or potlucks! Another recipe I've adapted from one I found on the Simply Great Meals website. The conversions you may need: 125g = 4oz; 400g = just under 13oz; 250g = 8oz. Marie biscuits are a plain sweet biscuit. You could also use Granita biscuits or shortbreads. You could

Another way to use Triscuit crackers. Kids like it, but if they are salty, then you can make them with Graham crakers, too.

    Recipe #410833

Very simple recipe to turn your favorite flavor cake mix into perfect cookies! (You know, the kind with a nice cracked pattern on top, and a tiny bit of almost under done center). We went on a diet so I no longer keep white flour in the house, however a single cake mix managed to elude me. I found it when I was looking for something to bring to church. Now I keep a cake mix for bringing cookies, it's a lot less dangerous than a bag of flour! (Its best with a mix that has pudding in it for chewiness; you can also use the dry ingredients from your favorite from scratch recipe).

Quick fun and pretty tasty too! Kids love putting them together!

    Recipe #11676

This batter serves four perfectly for a light weekday breakfast. You may want to double the recipe for weekend pancake making, when appetites are larger. If you happen to be using salted butter or buttermilk, you may want to cut back a bit on the salt. If you don’t have any buttermilk, mix three-quarters cup of room temperature milk with one tablespoon of lemon juice and let it stand for five minutes. Substitute this “clabbered milk” for the three-quarters cup of buttermilk and one-quarter cup of milk in this recipe. Since this milk mixture is not as thick as buttermilk, the batter and resulting pancakes will not be as thick.

Another winner...!!!. These quick and easy cookies with only 4 ingredients. Enjoy this recipe.

    Recipe #411818

These are chewy, fudgy, SUPER EASY cookies that you can probably make right now! I have watched these disappear time and again and everyone is always asking for the recipe. It is almost embarrassing to give it out, it is that easy :) Enjoy! (12/14/06: I wanted to add that Betty Crocker has updated this recipe by adding 1 tsp. vanilla extract, but I don't want to change the original recipe.) *12/22/07: Please see my tips at the end of the recipe! **12/23/08: Betty Crocker has now added a version of the same exact recipe in which the cookie dough balls are rolled in granulated sugar instead of powdered sugar. I've tried this and they're also very good.

A friend gave me this recipe...it's so simple and easy - good for when you want just a few cookies

    Recipe #69923

A quick, easy and inexpensive way to make these traditional favorites.

These cookies are a bit different. They are made with only three ingredients, and are very light. Try different kinds of preserves for a different effect.
