I really like fast food chili cheese burritos (I know, scary), but these are even faster and taste just the same! Literally 1 minute to make too! Well not quite, but REALLY close! EXCELLENT LATE NIGHT SNACK! Also, the beauty of this recipe is that there isn't really a recipe, make it how hot you want, however many you want, etc.!

    Recipe #112386

A tasty blueberry sauce. Low in sugar, so less calories than most recipes. Good served over pancakes, ice cream or dessert. This is a small recipe, so you may want to double it.

I am such a sucker for visuals. I saw these pancakes being made on a cooking show this morning (Cookworks), dashed out to buy fresh blueberries, and made these for dinner tonight. They did not disappoint! Try them; they're delicious!

    Recipe #92466

This is a simple recipe to have as a refreshing side dish. It's especially good for picnics, bar-b-ques, potlucks and buffets. If you like your slices on the tart side cut back on the sugar a little bit. Please note it will need to be chilled at least 3 hours.

    Recipe #69519

This was an easy, healthy book club offering.

Diet cocoa has 25 calories per packet and soy slender chocolate has 70 calories per cup. Da Vinci or torani sugar free syrups have 0 calories per oz. So the whole recipe clocks in at only about 40-45 calories. Enjoy! Of course the ingredients can be substituted to include non-diet sugarry and dairy versions, but this way you have the option of having a guilt-free beverage all to yourself!

This is a fast recipe to put together that uses ingredients that most of us keep on hand. It's a very forgiving recipe in that you can easily add or change ingredients and it will still be a very healthy and flavorful dish! I have used the leftovers in tacos or as a topping for tamales.
