This looks TOTALLY yummy - submitted by Frank Lane Brooks in the February issue of Rachel Ray Magazine.

Recipe #213996

This is a variation of a recipe I saw made on Rachel Ray's 30 Minute Meals. I had gotten a package of vegetarian chorizo at the store, and was dying to try it in something. This particular brand of soy-rizo (Frieda's) was more like ground sausage rather than an actual link of chorizo that you can slice, BUT I think it worked really well in this. Meat eaters, simply substitute 1/2 lb of chorizo instead

Recipe #157847

A fast, easy, tasty dipping sauce from Rachael Ray's 30 Minute Meals. Add a pinch of crushed red pepper if you want a little heat.

Recipe #61902

From Rachael Ray's 365: No Repeats cookbook.

Recipe #197725

Rachael Ray's Park City Cashew Chicken.

Recipe #197741

An Every Day with Rachael Ray recipe that is so delish!

Recipe #240544

I found this in a Rachael Ray cookbook while in my dentists office. I don't remember which cookbook it was...but I immediately search out the mushroom recipes, and this is what I found.

Recipe #156729

On "30 Minute Meals" Rachael served this fast and easy dish up with a wonderful Warm Chopped Chicken Picatta Spinach Salad.

Recipe #196102

This is a Rachel Ray recipe. Wide pasta prepared with cabbage, potatoes and sage make up this take on pizzoccheri, a northern Italian comfort food.

Recipe #193588

Another Rachel Ray classic. Would be wonderful on a chilly fall evening.

This is a Rachael Ray recipe. Delicious.

Recipe #120776

Adapted from a Rachael Ray recipe. My kids really liked these drizzled with honey, I liked them fine with a little melted margarine.

Recipe #119395

From $40 A Day with Rachael Ray, this is yummy! Be sure to use a good salsa!

Recipe #118148

I saw this recipe on 30 Minute Meals by Rachael Ray on the Food Network. It looked so good I had to try it out. I have to say, it tastes as good as it looks! It really does only take 30 minutes, maybe less once you get used to making it and don't have to take the time to look at the recipe. On the show, she makes her own tomato sauce, but I just used a jar sauce, which takes less time and tastes just as good.

Recipe #118074

Here we go...another Rachel Ray recipe. I guess by now...I have to admit...I like her 30 minute recipes! This is a recipe I served for a party and it was a real hit!! I put it in a hollowed out sour dough bread bowl, served with bread cubes and bruschetta (toasted bread) Don't let the quantity of ingredients scare you...it's worth the trouble!

Recipe #117440

Straight from Rachael Ray's kitchen to yours, with just a little tweaking! These are popular in New England(known as grinders) and the South(known as po boys), and the Mid Atlantic too!

Recipe #117034

Who would’ve thought that such a simple salad could be so good?

This is based on a Rachael Ray recipe. I've made them twice, and both times they've turned out perfectly. While they seem like a holiday cookie, they're nice any time of the year when you have a couple of egg whites to use up.

Recipe #115952

This is a Rachael Ray recipe that I thought looked so good - I haven't made it yet but wanted to put it here before I forgot about it :)
