A hearty soup that tastes simply fabulous.

    Recipe #77316

Got this off of the "Good Morning America" website after I saw her cook this on the show. This is the best macaroni and cheese I have ever tasted!!

I saw someone on FTV making these, and thought I'd try them. They made them with cashews - I used both blanched and unblanched almonds. These are really addictive. Don't substitute light brown sugar for the dark. Don't substitute dry rosemary for fresh.

    Recipe #76207

I adapted this from a Light & Tasty cookbook. It was so delicious that I had to put it in the fridge before it was cool just to stop myself from eating it all! For WWers, this works to 6 points per serving. I use Ragu No Sugar Added Tomato & Basil sauce to keep the calorie/fat content as low as possible.

    Recipe #260802

Revised September 8, 2006. Just did a test run on this and it's SOOOO good! The recipe was originally from Cooking Light, however I've 'kicked it up a notch'. Unlike traditional chile rellanos, this dish is baked like a casserole, so much easier. Great vegetarian main dish!

    Recipe #184036

From the cookbook "The Art of Spanish Cooking" I have not tried this classic dish yet, but it is in my recipe book to try for a dinner party. Cooking time is an estimate.

    Recipe #28027

A Cooking Light recipe - slightly adapted and delicious.

This makes a lovely light lunch or a great starter salad for a classic Italian dinner!

    Recipe #66685

My mother-in-law was from Yorkshire. In celebration of my joining the family, she prepared a lovely Sunday roast with all the trimmings...this pudding was a "first" for me and wasn't the last. Whenever I want to do something special for guests, I prepare a lovely Yorkshire Pudding, Marion-style!

    Recipe #21445

This is my version of Popeye's Red Beans and Rice. It is the final result after many disastrous attempts, thank goodness for a husband with a cast iron stomach.

I got this recipe from the newspaper years ago, and make it frequently. I serve it with my cucumber yogurt sauce, which I'm also posting. Be warned- It is very garlicky. Also, use less pepper if you're using all beef instead of lamb.
