This is so good on top of ice cream, or any recipe you want to use it on, and easy to make too! Great to give as a gift, just place in a gift basket with an ice cream scoop, and small ice cream dishes, with instuctions on how to refrigerate the sauce.

    Recipe #126318

This cake is moist and so delicious! Although I have only prepared this cake using all oil, I imagine that you could use melted butter or margarine in place of the oil, or use half butter and half oil.

    Recipe #126336

If you are a lover of coconut like myself, then I know you will really love these! ... and they are so easy to make with just 5 ingredients! Make certain the the coconut is soft and fresh, and not hard and dry. If you find that the coconut is shredded too large, just pulse in the food processor for just a few seconds.

    Recipe #126337

A Mounds bar inspiration! If you love coconut, you will love these bars. If the coconut is the long shredded type, then you might want to pulse it a couple of times on the processor. Yield is only estimated, depending on the size of the bars.

    Recipe #127408

If you are making this cake to serve to guests you may want to add in 2-3 tablespoons of Grand Marnier, Irish Cream or chocolate flavored liqueur in place of the vanilla extract, I have even added in dark rum. This is wonderful served with whipped cream and sweetened shaved chocolate --- you may also grate in a dark chocolate bar in place of the chocolate baking squares, just make certain to refrigerate or freeze slighty, it makes it easier to grate the chocolate.

    Recipe #128917

A perfect ending to serve to guests. Prep time does not include soaking the poppy seeds and preparing the frosting. Make certain to frost the cake just prior to serving.

    Recipe #129202

Kids of all ages love these. Perfect for summertime, no baking for this recipe. This is also great made with same amount of crispy rice cereal in place of the cornflakes. Can also be made in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

    Recipe #129381

A wonderful creamy frosting! Make lots, double or triple the recipe and freeze in 1 cup containers, this frosting freezes well. Although you most certainly can use half and half cream, whipping cream produces a creamier texture for this frosting.

    Recipe #130057

An excellent moist red velvet cake. please use only cake flour for this recipe.

    Recipe #130442

This is one of my all time favorite frostings!

    Recipe #130623

The coconut filling in the middle if so good! You can of coarse use your own favorite brownie recipe for this and just add in almonds to the batter, but this brownie recipe is an excellent one!. I most always double the chocolate topping ingredients, but that is up to you. Cooking time is for baking the brownies only.

    Recipe #133075

This is not a deep dark chocolate cake, I can tell you that it is extremely moist and very good, and is great even without any frosting, you may want to cut back on the sugar if using sweetened applesauce.

    Recipe #133122

Taken from "Rosie's Fresh Cream Sugar-Packed Baking Book" one of my all time favorite recipe books! This cookie dough also works beautifully when refrigerated a minimum of 4 hours, it tends to produce a thicker chewier cookie that is crisp around the edges, and also may be frozen, and yes, measure 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour! This is one of my all-time favorite chocolate chip cookie! :)

    Recipe #133251

Sour milk can be used in place of buttermilk.

    Recipe #133591

I recently made these cookies using half milk chocolate and half white chocolate chips, I just had to post the recipe... they are just fantastic! also, the dough freezes excellent.
