Meals without meat. The possibilities are endless. I hope to incorporate more vegetarian fare into my weekly meal plans.However, I do not know if I can completely give up meat! Please be advised that not all recipes here are Vegan recipes.

This recipe came from Giada de Laurentis on the Food Network. I saw her make this and I was amazed at how simple it was! It's like being a gourmet cook yet fooling everyone--!!! Tastes so light and fresh, but yet so satisfying for those pasta cravings we sometimes get! Very Italian...Yum!
This is one of my all time favorite WW recipes. I serve it to company all of the time, and no one ever guesses its low fat! I have used ravioli instead of pierogies and have added ham for variation. Recipe as written is 5 points.
This was absolutely delicious! It will make a tofu lover out of you yet (I hope!). I let my tofu sit overnight in the marinade, and then baked it, and I thought it turned out great. As I describe below, be sure to really "press" the excess liquid out of your tofu to ensure that it absorbs the marinade. Don't be afraid to put something really heavy on it to draw out the moisture. I love scrambled tofu and this is a new recipe I'm dying to try. Only slightly modified. Found on Micheff Sisters cooking show titled "Breakfast with Mom." If you use water-packed tofu, make sure to drain it and squeeze the liquid out with paper towels ahead.
