This was absolutely delicious! It will make a tofu lover out of you yet (I hope!). I let my tofu sit overnight in the marinade, and then baked it, and I thought it turned out great. As I describe below, be sure to really "press" the excess liquid out of your tofu to ensure that it absorbs the marinade. Don't be afraid to put something really heavy on it to draw out the moisture. Cast iron pan works great! Source: Sunday Moosewood cookbook

    Recipe #81284

This soup just reminds me of the Fall.

    Recipe #142959

I could eat this everyday, I think! Lots of herbs and veggies, feta cheese, creamy avocado and a splash of tequila sauces up linguine (or fettucine). Bring on summer!

This dish bursts with flavors from a combination of sweet, spicy, and savory followed by the refreshing crunch of fresh water chestnuts and scallions.

    Recipe #69281

A traditional Irish dish. This dish may also be made in a crock pot.

    Recipe #20597

This recipe came from Giada de Laurentis on the Food Network. I saw her make this and I was amazed at how simple it was! It's like being a gourmet cook yet fooling everyone--!!! Tastes so light and fresh, but yet so satisfying for those pasta cravings we sometimes get! Very Italian...Yum!

    Recipe #125120

From the magazine Cooking Pleasures. A fancy side dish for your Thanksgiving meal.

    Recipe #144572

Delicious side dish, perfect for summer when the zukes are coming in! Recipe is from Light and Tasty’s June/July 2005 issue.

    Recipe #122893

I love scrambled tofu and this is a new recipe I'm dying to try. Only slightly modified. Found on Micheff Sisters cooking show titled "Breakfast with Mom." If you use water-packed tofu, make sure to drain it and squeeze the liquid out with paper towels ahead.

This is one of my all time favorite WW recipes. I serve it to company all of the time, and no one ever guesses its low fat! I have used ravioli instead of pierogies and have added ham for variation. Recipe as written is 5 points.

    Recipe #102548

Wontons are a great ingredient to use to make easy ravioli out of any flavor. Very quick and yummy.

    Recipe #154288

Another copycat recipe from a local restaurant. Fact: we stole the recipe. The name of this Cuban-inspired burrito was changed to protect the innocent.

    Recipe #142126

From Quick and Simple Magazine, February 2006. Use imported fresh olives for best results and canned black olives if you want to forsake quality and flavor.

    Recipe #153695

From $40 A Day with Rachael Ray, this is yummy! Be sure to use a good salsa!

    Recipe #118148

I saw this recipe in the Real Simple July issue...had the ingredients...didn't have DH at home for dinner...So had a great..great 'chick' meal (quote from DH) Recipe can be adjusted to any quanities you want.

    Recipe #126054

A taste sensation from the pages of Fine Cooking.

    Recipe #49957

I threw this together one night when I had to use up some produce--it turned out great! I make this as a side dish or as a meatless main dish by itself.

This is my take on a recent Vegetarian Times recipe. This is so hearty and delicious, it can make you forget about steak! Better hope for leftovers; this is so tasty on Italian bread as a sandwich the next day!
