    The grilled duck is glazed with a delicious rhubarb cherry glaze that has hints of orange. The flavors borrowed into the rice in which it is served on. This seems very complex but you can simplify by using butter or oil in place of the rendered duck fat, replace the stock with water, and by buying the duck in cut pieces.

    A twist on the shepherds pie. AHHHHHHHHH Sweet Comfort food! This is made with sweet potatoes and ground turkey and a good hint of curry!Good to make with your leftover Thanksgiving sweet potatoes and turkey. You can even put a layer of stuffing in, top with some pecans.....

    Delicious latkes using up many of the ingredients required for the RSC contest (2004). These are very flavorful and, if made slightly smaller, would be a great appetizer with the dipping sauce. Do not be put off by the long list of ingredients, the recipe is MUCH easier to make than it reads.

    Dark, moist, slightly spicy pancakes. No one would ever guess the ingredients list. I served these with fresh blueberry/honey sauce. Probably would be wonderful served with glazed, cooked apples.

    This is a sinfully, rich cake. It can be made in less than an hour and served a short time later. I used frozen sour cherries, thawed and dried them lightly. The cooking time incldues the baking and cooling of cake before glazing. Hope you enjoy.
