This recipe comes from Emeril Lagasse. This recipe is very garlicky and you can use mild or hot sausage and as much crushed red pepper as you like to make it spicier. This is very very good.

    Recipe #55893

This is a recipe from Chef Emeril Lagasse. I haven't made it yet as I don't have a food processor, but wanted to share it because it looks very good.

In response to a request for cast-iron recipes. This recipe is the whole reason I bought my first cast-iron skillet. Now I am just waiting for the skillet to be seasoned well enough to make this! Cook time includes saute time for the corn.

    Recipe #52517

This is in response to a recipe request. I haven't made this, but I'm sure intrigued and the next time I have all day to cook I will definately try this!

    Recipe #39248

This is real comfort food. A family favorite. If you can, buy the fresh mozzarella. You won't believe the difference and it's worth it. The texture isn't rubbery like the typical mozzarella. I got it from watching an Emeril show on the Food Network.

This is my new favourite recipe for pizza dough; it's so easy and works so well. I was watching a recent episode ("Pizza Party") of his show and went to the web as soon as it was over to get the recipe. Here it is, but the instructions are different than what you'll find on the web as I use my heavy-duty mixer rather than make this by hand. Enjoy!

    Recipe #84545

Saw this on a tape of Emeril Live. Can't wait to see DH again so I can make it for a special breakfast. I also thought this was the safest place to keep it, & I wanted to share it with anyone else who loves "Eggs Benny" Enjoy!

    Recipe #71546

This is a beautiful and delicious pie from Emeril. Cook time ONLY includes time to bake the actual pie. :-) ENJOY!

    Recipe #73162

A great Super Bowl or teen party snack (or a hearty nosh for anyone)! Make the chili ahead of time, then just dish it up on some cheesy fries and serve! Emeril's original recipe calls for deep-frying shoestring potatoes yourself, but I use the frozen-fry shortcut! I also seemed to need more masa harina than originally called for. Can also be made with vegetarian meat crumbles. Cook time includes chili preparation.

    Recipe #82734

A very tender roast with lots of flavor; lots of garlic flavor! A recipe by Emeril Lagasse, this recipe is courtesy of the Food Network, with a little bit of changes made to the original. I found this while seaching for a recipe for my sirlion tip roast and wanted to share it. I served this with some warm buttered bread. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

    Recipe #83918

We adore this roast. The next day throw the meat, vegetables & gravy into a pot. Add a can of beef broth simmer. Thicken to a desired consistency and you have a wonderful stew the next day.

    Recipe #17785

I saw this on Emeril Live and it looked so good I decided I had to try it. Since I live alone, I'll have to wait for my next big BBQ to try it out.

    Recipe #22763

This recipe is from Emeril Lagasse. Very easy and so delicious.

    Recipe #31422

I saw Emeril do this on TV and it looked so pretty, then we tried it and it tasted as good as it looks. Wonderful taste, easy dish, great with a plain meat like grilled steak or chicken.
