From Emeril Lagasse, 2002! I watched Emeril make these on his show and thought they looked very good. They are delicious!! They are not like most of his recipes that are complicated! Very each to put together.

    Recipe #216707

I saw this on Emeril Live and it looked so good I decided I had to try it. Since I live alone, I'll have to wait for my next big BBQ to try it out.

    Recipe #22763

I first tried this recipe at Emeril's restaurant just outside of Universal Studios amusement park in Orlando, Florida. It was the highlight of our trip! Absolutely AMAZING flavor!!!!!!!! It has been a regular for dinner parties ever since, and always gets rave reviews and requests for the recipe.... I have substituted shrimp and crab with great results, too.

    Recipe #204075

These were really good! Got this recipe years ago from an old Emeril Live episode. The spices in this give it a nice zingy aftertaste that I love. Rich and hard to eat just one. I use 1 stick of butter to give it nice taste, and 1 stick of margarine to give the cookies a nice shape. I also use dark chocolate syrup and Ghirardelli chocolate chips (bittersweet).

This is Emeril's recipe off the Food Network site. I wanted to spread around the goodness. Just a heads up that some of the other Food Network reviewers felt the salt content was a little high. Otherwise,...BAM!

    Recipe #390389

The first time I ever saw Emeril Lagasse was on Good Morning America. My cable TV company did not have the Food Network (I have DirecTV now to solve that problem, and to get Animal Planet as well!) The recipe he made on GMA that really impressed me and actually pushed me into my cooking craze was this flourless, rich Chocolate Fantasy Cake -- BAM and all. I have posted the cake and chocolate ganache icing as one recipe here. It is just incredible, and I hope you enjoy it!

    Recipe #98901

Recipe courtesy of Emeril Lagasse. I got this from and had to share.

Emeril suggest that if you buy and extra pumpkin and puree it you will have the most fantastic cheesecake for the holidays. Sounds amazing!

2 Reviews |  By Tish I love Emeril Lagasse. I don't always picture myself making the food he does, but I love to watch the man work. This looked excellent. Can't wait to make it for myself!

    Recipe #21077

I got this superb recipe from Emeril's show on French cooking. I just adore French onion soup, and haven't been able to find a recipe I liked, until I came across this one. This is a lot of work, but trust me, it is well worth the effort!

    Recipe #145758

I stare fixadly at the TV any time I see Emeril cook. These were really fun to watch so I decided they needed to be posted for everyone to enjoy!

    Recipe #140821

This will be the best meatloaf you will ever eat. I usually do not like meatloaf and this changed my mind. From Emeril

    Recipe #120440

I'm a carrot cake lover and tried many carrot cakes at restaurant and cafes. This is the best carrot cake I had so far! The texture is soft and moist. It taste even better if you leave it in the fridge overnight! I modified it by making a one layer cake-it makes life easier that way. :) Courtesy of

This is a fantastic thing to do with leftover pot roast, even the roast cooked in the crockpot. Since my DH doesn't like eating leftovers, I find his a good way to disguise them. This looks like a long recipe but it is not hard to make. And it is delicious to eat!

    Recipe #177994

This is a recipe for Emeril's Essence spice, used in many of his recipes. May also be used within many of your own dishes as an extra kick of flavor.

This such an amazing recipe that I couldn't resist sharing it with those of us who really enjoy a simple but complex taste combination. It will freeze well if you are a once a month cook

I love this recipe! It looks so pretty and tastes so good, this is one of my comfort foods! I don't need an Emeril recipe to prepare lox and cream cheese but it just that it hits the right spot with the right amount of ingredients! Make the Dilled Cucumbers first because they need to be put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Recipe courtesy of Emeril Lagasse, 2002. Televion Food Network, 2003.
