This is a recipe I have been making for a long time. True comfort food with an international flavour.

    Recipe #305841

This is a quick and easy recipe that never fails to please even my picky DDs. Since chicken thighs are usually inexpensive it makes a economical meal. I like to serve these with some type of rice side dish and a green salad.

You need an electric skillet for this wonderful meal. Sukiyaki is a very popular one-pot meal in Japan. The main ingredient is thin sliced beef; it is simmered in a skillet in the sukiyaki sauce with many vegetables and other ingredients. The quality of beef used in Sukiyaki is very important. It's a fun and perfect dish for a party or a romantic meal for 2! All you need to do is cut ingredients and place in a large plate and cook in an electric skillet placed on the table

This is the way my husband prepares scallops;simple and simply good. The flour coating gives the scallops a crispy exterior and makes extra tasty; nothing to distract from the sweet taste of the scallops.

    Recipe #231007

This is one I use when I've been busy all day and need something tasty, but fast.

    Recipe #39633

This is a recipe my daughter made up! She is a student at university in England - and she is always trying to make the most of her money & eat healthily as well - so she tells me!!! This recipe is for one person & she took the photo, it's a bit blurry, but we will post a better one later! I'm impressed enough to post this recipe and I am going to try it out myself - I'm very proud! NB: One reviewer has commented on spices - please do add spices if you like spicy food, however, my daughter has told me, that this is NOT supposed to be a spicy meal, but a healthy quick stir-fry chicken dish. The flavour coming from the onions, peppers, lemon juice and black pepper! Thanks!

This is a quick all-in-one meal -- my emergency specialty -- and tasty enough for unexpected company.

Easy and fast recipe to prepare. Serve with a salad and you have a complete meal. Use vegetables your family enjoys. This dish has Umami rich flavour.

DH and I have made this dish for dinner on several occasions and think it is delicious. It is another winner from Keiko O Aiko's "Easy and Healthy Japanese Food for the American Kitchen." What really makes the dish is the sliced onions--don't be afraid to use more!! One thing to watch out for is that the thin chops tend to dry up quickly and the sauce reduces quickly, which can leave you wanting for more sauce. We have also used thick chops with great results. I should mention that I always use reduced sodium soy sauce (I prefer San-J Tamari).

Now you can enjoy a wonderful stir fry without all those calories You reduce the oil in stir fry by using non sticking spray. Add the vegetables you prefer.Hope you enjoy this.

    Recipe #316479

I clipped this recipe from Taste of Home magazine several years ago and have found it to be the best-tasting easy beef and broccoli stir-fry. It is credited to Ruth Stahl. I often use charcoal chuck steak, which is very tender and lean. I also like that it doesn't call for any unusual ingredients.

From Light & Tasty. A creamy, healthy and quick one-dish meal. I think I use a little more lemon pepper seasoning when I make it, but have not noted it on the recipe, so adjust according to taste. Alson tastes great with a little white wine added to the sauce - maybe 1/2 cup chicken broth plus 1/2 cup white wine....or is good as-is - whatever you prefer.:)

This one came from the side of one of those Lipton oriental side dishes. This is the best teriyaki-style chicken I've ever tasted. It's somewhat similar to other glazed teriyaki chicken recipes and marinades on here, give or take honey, sugar, chicken broth, or amounts of spices. This has just the right mix of flavor for me. This could probably be grilled, broiled, or used for a marinade also. My kids love this.

The same as most other recipes...got it out of the manual for my electric skillet. I also used some chopped ham.
