The most simple omelet you could ever make. My mom gave me this recipe when I moved out. I use it at least 1x a week. My roommates LOVE it!

    Recipe #183811

Classic Huevos Rancheros have eggs poached in a Mexican-style tomato sauce, but mine includes creamy refried beans, warm and crisp tostadas, and a sauce with plenty of veggies (and meat if you are so inclined)

We enjoy this recipe for breakfast or an evening meal with toast. The green onion and pepper are optional. I use my large 8 inch square Corning wear for a pan.

    Recipe #324034

This is one of my adopted recipes. Based on the previous reviews, it doesn't seem to need any major changes. I actually like certain foods a little bland; if you like things spicier, spice it up as you please.

    Recipe #61169

A wonderful ground beef and potato quiche for those guys who wanna stick to the traditional food groups meat and starches.

From Alberta Egg Producers website. This tastes a lot like our favorite Chinese restaurant's Egg Foo Yung, so I was thrilled to find out how easy it is to make at home! I usually double the amount of sauce, and I like to add a touch of oyster sauce to the sauce sometimes, too. For a complete Chinese experience, we usually eat this with Recipe #228704.

    Recipe #292268

This is something my mother makes for Christmas brunch every year. Everyone loves it, even the kids. I made her give me the recipe so that I could have it more than once a year. Cooking time may vary a bit.

    Recipe #118944

Easy and my family likes it.

    Recipe #160823

    Recipe #195959

I got this recipe from a bed and breakfast. It is very rich, moist and custardy and is very versatile. I added fresh basil but any herb could be used. Chopped ham would also be good in this casserole.

    Recipe #215197

A twist on the classic devilled egg, combining creamy avocado with the yolk for stuffing. You're gonna love it!

    Recipe #280261

I love using coarse ground black pepper and seasoned salt in this recipe. I have also added green peppers in with the onions, and it is very good. I have also added Cheddar or Monterey Jack, or Jalapeno cheese, and covered with salsa and sour cream. I have also added ham or bacon pieces. They are all delicious, and bring me back in time to the good ole days of my childhood, anytime I prepare and serve this recipe...

Tomatoes and green chilies add color to this dish. This cheesy egg dish has a zip to it. It makes a great breakfast, brunch or even lunch or casual dinner dish.

    Recipe #75795

This is an old, old recipe that is from a magazine clipping. I don't know which magazine. My mom has made these squares for as long as I can remember. A family favorite that has stood the test of time.
