Another treasure from my dietitian. This chicken is the Wednesday night meal at the hospital. It is really good. Now, go ahead and snirl up your nose and say, "ewww...hospital food" but I'm telling you, folks...my hospital has good food. Their roast beef Manhattan is KILLER, but Cathy won't give me the recipe for that, it's her Mom's. But this is always good, never dry, and I like it.

This is a very creamy guilt free sauce.

    Recipe #50064

This is my old fashioned style soup and is always enjoyed especially during the cold weather.

    Recipe #79563

    Great quick and healthy dinner.

I have not personally tried this recipe yet, however to me it sounds yummy! I am planning to try it in the very near future. This recipe comes from 101+ Delicious Diabetic Recipes The Ultimate Fuss Free Cookbook.

I found this recipe in a Low-Carb cookbook. The sweetness of the squash mixes well with the spice of the other ingredients. Low-carb and vegetarian!

This is a great recipe out of my Weight Watchers "Take-Out Tonight!" cookbook. This also makes an excellent dip for veggies or baked tortillas. This has 6 points per serving, I also like to add in some 0 point things like salsa, pickled jalapenos and cilantro. DH who isn't watching points likes to throw on some shredded cheese. :)

    Recipe #238200

This is a family favorite especially when looking for a low-fat reduced calorie Mexican dish that is easy. I found it on the Web. 5 Weight Watcher points

My sister's recipe, here for safekeeping

A quick low-fat casserole that I threw together one night when I was low on tortilla shells.

    Recipe #222083

This is a wonderful crustless quiche recipe. You can get creative with the vegetables you add, but the basic recipe works just fine. Slices can be frozen and reheated for individual meals.

    Recipe #261760

This is out of a Weight Watchers cookbook called Simple Goodness. This is a very tasty dish. Enjoy.

    Recipe #272768

One of my all time favorites. You can do this in a chicken fry pan on top of the stove but the original recipe was in the oven. You can add mushrooms too.

    Recipe #156634

This is a great recipe for leftover chicken, or even Thanksgiving turkey. I use canned mushrooms in the recipe for speed, you can also use fresh and saute them.

    Recipe #261788

Out of an old 1998 WW cookbook called "15 Minute Cookbook" I have this marked as "great". If you don't care for the strong lemon like flavor of cilantro you can substitute parsley if you prefer. This is great served with black beans, pineapple wedges and fresh strawberries. Hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #295945

I stumbled across this recipe on the Weight Watchers Core board. It is absolutely 100% core. I have made it a couple dozen times since and have tweaked it to (my personal) perfection! It is so temptingly delicious and filling, I recommend taking a portion out and immediately freezing the rest in containers for lunches. It is great with a little No Fat Sour Cream as a condiment.

    Recipe #302218

Another WW recipe I just had to add to my collection. Serving size is 1-1/2 cups.

    Recipe #59273

This is out of my Weight Watchers cookbook called "Take-Out Tonight!" This is an excellent low fat chimchangas recipe. It is baked, instead of deep-fried. The burrito comes out crispy with a moist and flavorful filling. This has 4 points per serving. You can top these chimichangas with your favorite salsa and, for an extra 1 point per serving, 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream.

This is a delicious side dish for ham, pork or even chicken. The sweet potatoes, coated with brown sugar and spices are a little sweet and a little spicy. Quick and easy.

    Recipe #107546

I got this from the Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. SO good.
