Easy!

These recipes either require very little time, very little effort, or very little of both. I try to include one of these in my weekly dinner menu so I know I have at least one night when I can take it easy.

Tastier, cheaper, and healthier than the traditional beef with store bought seasoning. If you're not sure about the turkey, go with ground turkey thighs---it's darker, and most people will never know the difference.

Healthy & quick! I think the flavor is even better than Shake-N-Bake, and it's so easy. I use organic spices and cornflakes to avoid needless preservatives, but even if you use conventional ingredients, you'll be keeping questionable additives off your plate!
