Pile all of your favorite memories into one bowl and you have the recipe for this cookie. Chocolate, peanuts and creamy peanut butter, topped with more of the same. These cookies will keep for several days at room temperature if stored in a tightly sealed plastic container. They will also keep for more than a week covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator. They may also be frozen.

There are only six ingredients in these no-bake bars. They are really scrumptious. They are great for a last minute dessert.

These are very versatile - this was submitted by Ronna Farley in the "Simple Snacks" category from Rockville, MD at the Bake-Off 42(March 2006)and was the $10,000 winner.

These are a few of the things that can be used with peanut butter for sandwiches. Use one or two or even three different ingredients and toast, broil or microwave warm. Use any kind of bread or crackers, as well. Go nuts and have some fun! The list of ingredients is endless! This can be made with sugar-free peanut butter & sugar-free preserves on crackers & with sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate pieces or with sugar-free dark chocolate.

Need I say more? This came from Rosie's Cookie Book by Judy Rosenberg & thatsmyhome.com/hannah's/brownies/rosies-brownies.html. This is a slightly different variation! Haven't allowed for different cooling times in the recipe - which is about two and half hours. These are nice and rich, cut in smaller pieces.

Television Food Network, 2003. Courtesy Paula Deen. Nice and easy to prepare and they are marvelous.Update: 01/27/2009 - it has been mentioned by a couple of posters that they should use less honey - so, mind you this is just a suggestion - start with less honey about 3/4 cuo and build up to one cup - if needed. Remember, peanut butter is sweet, as well! ;)

Emeril Lagasse from Every Day's A Party Cookbook, 2001. Emeril says these bundt cakes with Chocolate Glaze are like "mini versions of heaven, filled with chocolate and peanut butter." The mini bundt pans used for this recipe are fun beacause they make perfect individual servings, and then there is no need for sharing. Time for prep/baking doesn't allow for cooling time.

This comes straight from the Hershey's Kitchens where I found these awesome and very yummy cookies. What else is there to say?
