Stoli for Stolichnaya Vodka and Doli for pineapple. Put them together and you've got one potent drink. Depending on the size of your container you may need more (or less) of both ingredients. The idea is to completely cover the pineapple with vodka.

Great if you feel a cold or the flu coming on. You can serve Hot or Chill and pour into a tall glass This spicy tea is a great way to begin or end any meal or to enjoy between meals. Given ginger's renowned antinausea and anti-inflammatory properties, the tea is especially comforting when you're traveling by boat, car or airplane. I've also made it without adding the tea.

Honey used before a workout increases the physical stamina & energy level of the human body since honey is easily absorbed in the blood. Honey used after a work out removes tiredness and fatigue almost instantly. Honey is primarily fructose and glucose so it is quickly absorbed by the digestive system. (Do like the Ancient Greek athletes who took honey for stamina before competing and as a reviver after competition.)

Cacao beans are the raw ingredient all chocolate is made from. Containing over 300 identifiable chemical compounds, Cacao is the most complex food substance on earth. Cacaos’ abundance of natural anti-stress, anti-depressant and bliss inducing compounds, Serotonin, Tryptophan, Anandamide, Dopamine and PEA make Cacao natures answer to Prozac. These well studied neurotransmitters alleviate depression and create feelings of wellbeing. Cacao also contains MAO inhibitors which allow more of these feel good neurotransmitters to circulate in the brain for longer. Cacao beans are 500 times richer in anti-oxidants than blueberries; however it has been shown that the addition of diary produce actually blocks the body’s ability to absorb them, so ground Cacao is best mixed with non-dairy liquids for hot chocolate, smoothies or shakes. Cacao is not only great for your mood; it is good for the heart too. Cacao is rich in magnesium, the primary mineral missing when heart problems occur. Magnesium increases overall vigour of the heart muscle and decreases blood coagulation which lowers blood pressure and helps the heart pump more effectively. Hot Chocolate that really is good for you !!

This is a curative formula traditionally used in Chinese households as a specific remedy for curing colds, flu, and other bronchial ailments of the "cold" type.(This phrase denotes those bronchial ailments accompanied by chills rather than fever. Since the tea is a warming yang formula, it should not be used for colds accompanied by fever.) It is also an effective therapy for "stomach colds" accompanied by diarrhea, for nausea and motion sickness, and for chronically cold hands and feet. Adapted from A Spoonful of Ginger: Irresistible Health-Giving Recipes from Asian Kitchens by Nina Simonds.
