My own invention. I find sangria to be one of the most refreshing things to drink on a summer evening with spicy food. Use other fruits that you would find appealing. Slightly over-ripe fruit seems to work best.
I think the name says it all- a delightful mixed drink with a bit of everything but the kitchen sink!!Paradise Mango Rum liqueur is slightly different from your traditional mango rum as this has the appearance of mango nectar - I might suggest adding some if you aren't using or can't find Paradise Mango Rum Liqueur in your area yet. It is only recently being imported to the States and somewhat limited in other parts of the world (from the Phillipines).
Don't worry about using the exact fruit in the recipe: have fun and choose whatever looks good at the store or is growing on your trees! This gets more and more potent as time goes on; after three days one slice of apple will give you the giggles.
Crowd size punch that goes together quickly. Might be a bit strong at first, but as the ice begins to melt, it comes out just right. Tastes good even with cheap tequila. Number of servings is a guess. Cook time is chill time.
