I had this cocktail at a restaurant in Vail, Colorado years and years ago. I recently emailed the restaurant and said that my husband and I still talked about the wonderful meal that we had and the cocktail that I could not stop talking about, one of the best I had ever had...and to my suprise he sent me the recipe! I make these drinks whenever I crave a cocktail thats "just a little different" I hope you will enjoy it as well.

    Recipe #293334

Recipe created by Todd Wilbur www.TopSecretRecipes.com. Need a simple cocktail for a hot day when the thought of lemonade makes your mouth water? Try this one. You start crafting this new signature blender drink by making lemon syrup from scratch from lemon juice, sugar and water. Track down some limoncello--an Italian Lemon liqueur--and Smirnoff citrus vodka. Now you're just a press of the blender button away from being refreshed. I borrowed a friend's cookbook entitled Top Secret Restaurant Recipes 2 and wanted to put this recipe here so that I wouldn't lose it.

I have made this for Christmas and also for Summer parties - it is delicious! It keeps in the fridge for up to a year (as I am writing this, I am having a sip of my liqueur I prepared for Easter - and it is still as good (if not better)!! I got this recipe from a Cooking light magazine.

    Recipe #181412

This is a lovely liqueur to sip during the winter and remember the flavours of summer...1 1/2 months macerating time.

Sweet, tart, and citrusy, with the intrigue of rum.

    Recipe #40809

What better drink to have sitting by the pool but a drink with lots of fruit juice and rum? I found this drink on the web at barnesandnoble.com.

    Recipe #253512

Use the freshest lemons and limes for this. The final product can be bottled and stored in your fridge for weeks and should taste like a tart homemade lemonade. This recipe came with the bottle of Chambord that I bought.

    Recipe #185627

To my surprise there were only a few Dragon drink recipes on Zaar so I took it upon myself to add some more. These came from hand written cards I picked up at a garage sale.

    Recipe #251059

This light and refreshing drink is great for hot summer days. It's a little on the weak side alcohol wise, but that makes it perfect on hot lazy days when you don't want to get wasted.

    Recipe #221194

I've started thinking about making homemade goodies for the holidays and I searched this site for a butterscotch schnapps recipe and didn't find one. I found this elsewhere on the web, from a cookbook called Cordials From Your Kitchen. Gonna start a batch tomorrow! (Had to guess on the servings and cook time)

I saw last nite that the Manitoba Liquor Control Commission has gone international in their efforts. They may do their bit to help Canadians keep warm w/ Café French, but they also work at keeping Italians happy w /this!

    Recipe #170960

At our last big family get-together, we sampled something like this someone bought from the Liquor Store. Yum. I havn't tried this recipe yet; but I like home-made Bailey's, so I'm expecting to like this one too.

Donna Hay's "after dark" martini's are just delicious sounding, and i received this months issue in a swap, had to post them.

    Recipe #232770

An adult slushy. The recipe calls for crushed ice, but I'm sure it would be great (and just as simple) to put whole ice cubes, with the ingredients, into a blender.
