    Recipe #1985

Raw Quick & Delicious – 5 ingredient recipes in just 15 minutes makes 1 ½ cups

    Recipe #509404

With this dish you put toppings over cold ramen, dressed with a sesame and soyu vinaigrette. You can be creative with the toppings: cool, raw veggies, rolled omelet (common in Japanese cuisine), cold meats and seafood, basically any kind of light, fresh salad topping. I used to get this in an "instant" package, like you usually see ramen at the grocery story, but the Asian market by me closed down so I had to learn to make it myself. This recipe is only for the dressing.

Finally! I found out how to make a wonderful bleu cheese dressing at home. I've tried so many, with all kinds of ingredients, but none of them came out wonderful until this one! And it's so simple, anyone can make it and feel like a real gor-may type chef! I usually use light (not the non-fat)mayo and sour cream and it's incredibly rich.

This is a variation on something I saw somewhere. It is crisp and fresh. I made it to go on a fresh spinach and mango salad. It would be good on rice or over fish. You could make variations with grapefruit, lemon or lime.

Recipe by Our Best Bites - You'll just need a few ingredients that you may already have on hand--canola oil (olive oil was too strong), rice or white wine vinegar (regular white vinegar would also work), lime juice, sugar, Kosher salt, lots of garlic, and cilantro.

    Recipe #424387

This recipe was published in the 60's in the Chicago area. This is my version of this great house dressing.

I love Japanese salad dressing. This is a pretty good one from Bon Appetit AND it is easy to make.

    Recipe #476733

This dressing will "punch up" sturdy greens like escarole, radicchio, etc.

    Recipe #476726

From Sam Choy's Polynesian Kitchen. If you can't get fresh horseradish, feel free to use the bottled kind (but not horseradish sauce).

    Recipe #455378

My kids love this dressing on salad.

    Recipe #17323

Fresh herbs give this classic dip its clean, fresh flavor and distinctive color; don't use dried herbs. For an accurate measurement of boiling water, bring a full kettle of water to a boil, then measure out the desired amount. The dip can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Season with additional lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste before serving. Recipe is from the new “America’s Test Kitchen Healthy Family Cookbook.” Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

We were in Florida and had a meal at my FIL's friend's place. I almost passed out after tasting this dressing and demanded the recipe. I am putting it here for safe keeping, but if some of you want to try it, I guess that's ok.
