I made these with just about any meal--very buttery-good! My grandmother's recipe.

    Recipe #27797

We have a fun little restaurant that is only open for lunch. They specialize in different varieties of salads. This is one of my favorites! I use recipe #123526 for the chicken breasts.

    Recipe #127201

The jalapeno cream cheese adds the special kick to this recipe...I've made it without and it's good, but definately use it if you can find it!! Sometimes I will double the recipe for a light dinner, or make as below for a snack or appetizer. NOTE: Sadly, I don't think they make jalapeno cream cheese anymore, so I usually just use regular cream cheese and chopped jalapenos...use as many or as little jalapenos you want for your desired heat level.

    Recipe #150908

This is good! Serve it with brown rice or toss it with pasta. Don’t go too overboard on the lemon juice, but use lots of black pepper.

We make this all the time when we just need to throw together something quick. It is very satisfying with a dinner salad and a nice glass of wine. It is really important that you use fresh, tasty cherry tomatoes.

    Recipe #73636

This is my favorite oatmeal - I'll eat it for breakfast or lunch! Very filling and super tasty with the dried cranberries, almonds and orange marmalade. Be sure to add the dried cranberries right away as they rehydrate while cooking which makes them very flavorful. If I'm not that hungry I'll reduce the oats to 1/4 cup and leave the other ingredients the same. Milk can be substituted for water if desired - when we ate oatmeal as little kids it was because we were out of milk for our cereal, so I always make my oatmeal with water.... personal preference is everything! *Note: 1 tablespoon of Smucker's sugar-free orange marmalade has 10 calories WW points = 3

    Recipe #313193

Published for ZWT III. A delicious vegetarian casserole from Mexico. Easy to make.

    Recipe #235300

Once I found this recipe in a Favorites Recipe Cookbook, it has been a meal-in-one dinner for us. Uses angel hair pasta.

    Recipe #248647

This is my great-grandmother's recipe, so it's like a million years old. These are the original and authentic Southern Mexico style chilaquiles. This version is very popular as a Sunday breakfast. Believed to cure bad hang-overs.

    Recipe #142306

We love this dish because it's simple to prepare but full of flavor!

    Recipe #314222

This is a raver at our house. It's my mother's recipe and she is a dream of a cook. This recipe is so versatile. Spoon it over enchiladas, rice or tortilla chips. It makes a great hot dip for potlucks too. And it's so easy!

Since my honey and I both work full time, I try to make filling dinners that I don't have to spend hours cooking. This is one of our middle of the week "throw togethers" that turned out to be a favorite. Since it makes quite a bit for two people, we always have enough for lunch the next day.

Good for you veggies combined with pasta for a quick, easy and yummy weeknight dinner.

    Recipe #41105

In its very simplicity lie the secrets. This sauce is incredible. It has 3 ingredients, and no chopping. The amateurgourmet calls it Marcella Hazan's CRAZY tomato sauce. This is not your thick pasty sauce, it is a light luscious wonder. Add garlic or basil or mozzarella to it as you choose but try it this way first. The butter..DON'T switch to olive oil, it makes the sauce.

    Recipe #273976

The wraps reheat nicely in the microwave or just throw them in a oiled frying pan for a few minutes to warm them up. Feel free to play with the ingredients or the flavor of the tortilla shell. Stacey

This recipe is a fast, fun twist on pizza. These taste great reheated, so make as many as you can fit on a cookie sheet and refrigerate the leftovers.

This is a delicious raspberry chicken that my sister ALWAYS asks me to make for her! It's quick and easy... under half an hour to make! The berries bring a very tasty flavor to the chicken! I usually serve this with a raspberry vinaigrette salad!

This is a very common recipe that we make in Greece, during the Easter lent. The sauce has a very strong taste so there is no need for cheese on the top. Some people are adding cheese at the top but I never do.
