Great served with biscuits and salad. If there is any left over, your co-workers will want this recipe after they smell it reheating in the microwave for lunch the next day. That's how I got it. Amounts can be adjusted to suit your family's preferences.

A Hungarian recipe from Eva's Hungarian Kitchen site. You could use leftover boiled potatoes.

    Recipe #304824

This recipe is one of my favorites for using pork chops. The meal turns out to be very tasty and tender. I got this many years ago from Nova Scotia, where I am originally from.

    Recipe #300430

Kielbasa, potatoes and broccoli in a creamy cheese sauce. This recipe is one of our family's all-time favorites. I have eaten, but never prepared this casserole made with frozen hash browns instead of sliced potatoes. I will attempt to provide those directions also. My family really likes sauces, so this recipe is 1 1/2 times the original amount of sauce.

And now for something completely different! Trying to dress up Kielbasa I just kept adding stuff until it turned out yummy! Being a spice lover and looking for an easy mid-week fix that wasn't bland this worked out wonderfully! This is so rich & creamy it's perfect on a cold evening, so easy, so different, so yummy! I hope you enjoy!

    Recipe #295877

I got this recipe from a Better Homes and Gardens cookbook that my mom bought in 1969. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, but I am not a big fan so I substituted with 1 tablespoon of onion flakes. This is great with mashed potatoes. I tried this for the first time tonight and my husband really surprised me not only did he go back for seconds....but thirds also!!!
