I just came up with this because I have a lot of pineapple juice to use up and Oh My Gosh did it turn out delicious! I just had to share. I didn't add any pineapple chunks but if you have a pineapple and like fruit chunks, go for it :D. Chill and freezing time not included as it's quite variable.
A wonderful ice (sorbet) for any time of the year. Cooling in the summer and gorgeous cranberry red for the winter holidays. You can't forget Valentines day either. Time is prep only, does not include chilling or freezing.
Now I ask you what would our world tour be without a Chocolate Creme to sample? Serve this amazingly dreamy dessert in espresso cups. It's easy to make but they'll never know that. Since the explanation about the "mocca" bar was cut short I'll add it here: "and if you can't find a mocha bar melt a good quality milk chocolate bar and mix in 1-1.5 tsps instant coffee dissolved in as small amount of milk as possible"
Pork goes brilliantly with fruit. Try it with pears and ginger for something a bit different than the usual pork with apples. Put them all together and in less than 15 minutes you have a fabulous dinner using canned pears.
The next time you make mashed potatoes make a 2 cups extra and put that 2 cups away before adding the milk and butter to the rest. You can even freeze the 2 cups that you saved. That way your all set to make this delicious side dish when ever you want to.
This really is hearty enough to be a meal in a bowl. Loaded with crunchy vegetables, filling shrimp, and a zesty herb vinaigrette, it’s got enough flavor and bite to satisfy. To enjoy the salad as a dinner entree serve with crusty garlic bread.
