I find any excuse possible to serve this. Great around the holidays but worthy of being made all year round. It is the dish I am most often asked to bring to a gathering requiring finger foods or appetizers. Really good on Townhouse Wheat Crackers. If I don't have any orange juice concentrate, I use just enough fresh squeezed juice to make it the right consistency and the zest from the orange for more flavor. *PLEASE NOTE!!* You REALLY need to make this ahead of time! The flavors must blend for it to taste good!

I found this in the coupon section of the sunday paper years ago.The computer is't letting the measurements stay. So here it is: 2 16oz loaves. It's a nice dip, and the bread is to die for. I did add a bit of zip for family prefrence. I'll note what i added extra. You can leave out the extra's if you chose. I won't tell!!

Don't let the simple sounding name of this brushetta fool you, it tastes fantastic and looks gourmet. I made this for cChristmas eve last year for appetiziers. It was such a huge hit, I'm making it again this year. I did a little tweaking on the recipe but, I'm doubling this recipe for Christmas this year.

I've never had anyone turn these down. They are so easy to make and the results are always good. Try these after the game or after a winter outdoors event. I have been told that the recipe was originally from a Company's Coming cook book- I am not sure where I found it. I love Company's Coming cookbooks so that is likely where I saw it.
