This is a spicy, Cajun pasta. You can make it more spicy if you dare. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.

Came up with this dip from an "accident" during cooking. Is very good and quite different from the popular "ROTEL dip made with Velveeta" Try it and let me know what you think. Would love your opinion on how to make it better. Do you think fresh cilantro would be good?

These are the ultimate party potato because you can put it together in advance. The guests will oooh and aaah at the stunning presentation. Prep and cook time does not include time to make the mashed potatoes.

A delicious meaty soup with lots of flavor. This is a dinner chowder - it's great with oven toasted buttered french bread. Wonderful for fall and winter evenings and it is even better reheated!

Yes, this has Spam in it. I know, I know. But it was my VERY FAVORITE dinner when I was a child, and I still like it. My husband scoffed when I first made it--but you know what? He had seconds.

I love to make it with the 2 flavors listed but I will try it next with BBQ chips! I saw this on the TV & tried it twice. It is so simple & easy plus tasty. I really enjoyed this & hope you will.

    Recipe #8596

Boy, does this bring back memories! When I was in high school, they served this every Friday in the cafeteria. I guess they had to make sure we had our vegetables :) It sounds gross, but I couldn't wait until Fridays, the macaroni and tomatoes were so good together. To this day, almost 20 years later, whenever I have baked macaroni & cheese, I crave stewed tomatoes. With this recipe, I don't have to.
