These are a fun little appetizer or snack from Rachael Ray

    Recipe #274551

This is a great meal, it all comes together in approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. If you like Doritos, you'll love this dish.

When my Granny died, I missed her and her chicken and dumplings, because NO one made them like Granny. I tried several recipes but they were either very complicated or not very good. Then I found this one and even my Yankee husband who doesn't like dumplings tried to hide the leftovers to take to work the next day. We LOVE this recipe. They are actually better than Granny's. Even Mama agrees. (Sorry, Granny!)

Due to the waste of chicken in the restaurants, the Colonel created a recipe to help use the chicken that was unable to be sold...so he devised the potpie recipe. You see, the chicken could only sit and be sold for 2 hrs after it is fried. This was sent to a recipe group, AARestaurant_Recipes, by tabbitha

Serve this homey, full-flavored dish with a crusty loaf of bread and a fresh green salad.

Creamy and crunchy, with a hint of mexican flavor. Prep time is for cooking chicken.

    Recipe #53373

This recipe was given to me by my friend. These instructions are exactly how she gave them to me. I hope it is not to confusing. This is a very good recipe for chicken stew or pot pie filling. It has become a favorite at our house.

    Recipe #66229

I love to order this when going to taco bell. I requested this the other day and was told they dont offer it anymore. I was feeling in the mood for a saucy savory mexican type meal and came up with my version of it and tasted just like the real thing. It's basically a layer of beans, spanish rice, chicken, enchilada sauce, cheese, sour cream and green onions ..and oh so good!

    Recipe #87880

The filling may be prepared up to 8 hours ahead and refrigerated --- these are very good!

    Recipe #146763

I know - not another one BUT this one is the FASTEST enchilada recipe EVER! And it even can be made ahead! WOW! No precooking, lots of pantry items YET it still tastes as good as longer recipes! It is yummy!

These are fantastic! We like to have these as a snack while watching Football. Serve with plenty of beer.
